    As an office manager, I use Stamps.com frequently, and I am extremely please with this website! It is easily navigated, and if I have a question, they get back to me within one business day (usually within the SAME day!). When I've ordered supplies, I've received them in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

    Our company has used Stamps.com for over 20 years. Love the ease of the site and the convenience not having to go to the post office for stamps. My only complaint is getting refunded for misprinted stamps. Get denied without any explanation. Will continue using service though

    I have been with stamp.com since 2008 and when I had to down size they worked with me on getting a lower cost program. The customer service always resolves my problem with any issue with scale or program versions. The only thing I have been having a problem with which I have not resolved yet is the 5Ib scale that every time when I first open the program I go to print a stamp, envelope or label I have to unplug the scale re-plug before it will get the correct weight. I have gotten 2 free scale over the years but the last one 3rd I had to pay for it and it still does not work automatically when start up the program. I will try again which tech support to see if there is a fix.

    This is an easy system to use and convenient for our office. Our office only mails letters and it is very quick to print off more stamps as needed. No running to the post office to pay for stamps.

    I have been with Stamps.com for many years. I have had great service throughout. The only problems that I have had is getting refunded for misprinted stamps. I have completed all requirements yet the refunds have been denied. The last time that this happened I contacted Stamps.com through email and explained the issues and they readdressed the problem and sent a refund out. -CS-

    excellent source of mailing for the home-based business. If mail from home is a requirement Stamps.com should be your choice. Every aspect of the small business mailing fourm is meet upon establishing an account. Staff is customer service potential unlimited, trial services are available
