    the service is great - the interface is just ok. It really needs too be streamlined and visually the site is way behind the times. I know building a site is expensive and time consuming but stamps.com needs to have a website that matches their great service.... -jp-

    On 8/30/2022 had a printer issue. The customer service representative was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Had a resolution within a few minutes. Was able to print stamps to mail documents. Thanks Stamps.com for great customer service. Stacia K.

    Stamps.com is a very user friendly software. I accidentally printed stamps incorrectly on my sheet and was beyond the 60 ay refund timeline. I called o see if they could help us get the $36 worth of un useable stamps refunded and a very nice rep (Kevin) provided our company with courtesy refund. We are quite happy with this service.

    I have only had one issue (in 3+ years of using) with Stamps.com (an error when signing in and trying to update) and had to contact customer service for help. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

    I love everything about stamps.com. The ease of using the program, the convenience and especially the customer service. I began using this program some years ago in my small home office and it has been so nice to be able to send mail with this convenient postage program. I would recommend everyone that sends mail to use stamps.com. Even packages are easy and convenient to mail.
