    I had an excellant experience today with stamps.com customer service, the gentleman was very polite and low key even though i was frustrarted at the time he stayed that way until we figured out the issue i was having with the drop down envelope size. Great Customer Service!

    I have been pleased with stamps.com since the first time I signed up, and had wished that I would have done it years ago. It always works great. I like the way the software suggests the best route. A crazy story today: I was angry at my SQUARE terminal software. I called in a huff. My stamps.com rep helped me with solving the problem, calmed me down, spoke very relaxed and pleasant, and then told me that I had called stamps.com rather than square.com. Helped through my problem by the wrong company! Stamps.com is A++.

    Hi I really like stamps.com. It has been a little bit of a learning curve but easy to use and a lot less cost. Everyone who I have talked to for help have been very friendly. It has me looking at the mail that comes in what type of stamp is on the letter. Looking forward to work them for a long time. Kim

    Very resourceful and helpful postage product. The customer support is very pleasant to work with, and the product pricing is affordable.

    We use the on-line product, which serves our needs well. The minor issue is when shipping from another location. USPS allows you to use a different zip code from the main page, but when using it with Stamps.com, you have to specify the local post office address from where it ships from. This is important, as the shipping fees are calculated from the shipping location. However, you can add a new location in your shipping preferences as needed.

    You also have the choice of other carriers to ship from with the online product as well. Overall, a good choice for shipping needs, and the prices are lower than the on-line USPS website. USPS only offers limited shipping methods (limited to Priority and Express, but no option for First-class). Stamps offers all methods on their product.

    The two gentlemen I spoke with were wonderful! They walked me thru the process of getting a new Stamps.com account open and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. They were patient and kind and really did an exceptional job. Kudos to these folks!

    Stamps.com is easy to maneuver and the representatives with whom I have spoken have been polite and friendly. The sole reason for choosing Stamps.com is to minimize overhead and for our purposes, the 5-pound scale will be sufficient for our use.

    For years, I have had Stamps.com, with no issue. I had a problem, the other day, and I called, and the customer service representative handled my case, and solved my problem. Thank you for being there when I needed your support.

    There is no where in the system to cancel the account. I have tried finding an actual person or system to reach out to to no avail. They keep charging me and I have not used the account since the trial period and even my attempts contact the company via email have been unanswered and nothing has changed.
