    Stamps.com is so convenient. So nice to be able to print stamps and labels for package. Saves time waiting in line at the post office with the packages already ready to go and saves trips to the post office with the ability to print the postage. The price is so worth it. It also has capabilities with UPS. It has been so good for the non-profit organization I work for. Also, anytime I've had a technical issue the technician was able to solve it over the phone with me. It is nice to still have companies like stamps.com that have actual people on the other end of the line and they are courteous and professional. My experience lately with other companies has been long wait periods because of under staffing. I have not had that problem with stamps.com. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

    Stamps.com has provided an upgrade to the mailing system used by our bookstore that is superior to FP. Their knowledgeable staff have provided answers to most of our questions and helped us stream line our shipping operations. The Stamps.com system has also assisted us by providing data needed for the accounting procedures we are required to follow as a nonprofit organization. They offer lower prices on shipping than our former company, provide email notification of tracking information to our customers, confirmation of delivery, data on costs and weight for mailing items, all of which assists us in knowing how much to charge for shipping and handling. This is much preferable to our former service

    The service started out a bit rocky and I ended up canceling my first account in 2021. However I just created a new account and things seem to be much better. Misprint refunds are processed more quickly and I spoke to one of the best customer service representatives I've ever talked to. The only thing I would call out is that there are packages that are not advertised on their website for individual usage. While this is great for small business, the monthly fee is a bit steep for individual use. I was not even aware of other package options until I talk to customer service.

    Costs and service are great . Only problem is the international shipments that go from USPS to Global Post . That service is awful and I will not use it at all . The UPS for international is great though . Stamps.com is great and I do not fault them , but I must say that Global Post is making you look really bad .

    I have had a couple of men help me through the years. Several were not very nice to me. Lately I haven't had this issue. I will have to say I hope you get a female. They are much more patient with older people like me that are not tech savvy . i am 66 years old. Now as far as refunds. I have had a lot of refunds but they have not honored all of them. Overall they refund a good amount. I still have many in pending status. It is nice to save trips to waiting in line. We still have go to drop off, but it has already has postage on it.

    I love Stamps.com! So convenient to print postage, mailing labels and even UPS labels at home. There is also a BIG savings using Stamps.com because they have negotiated lower rates with carriers, so I save way more than the monthly fee for Stamps.com. Highly recommended!

    Stamps.com has and continues to work well for me, particularly considering my disability. I have experienced some low-level issues getting postage printed; but nothing which would come close to causing me to seek other options for postage.

    Stamps.com tried to bill even though I canceled, this is not right, Once you cancel your service during the free period this should not happen, but it happened to me. Never again will deal with this company, Stamps.com
