    Stamps.com program is easy to use and you get a discount on postage! I am a 1 person office and they treat me like I'm their biggest client every time I need help. I've never done the math, and I may actually pay more than if I just used the USPS.com but the address book and functionality of the Stamps.com program make it worth the extra few bucks.

    Just had to add to my review how helpful the tech Andrew was to me. Been a customer of stamps.com for 14 years and from time to time had tech issues that are always fixed. But today I was in trouble and the help made our schedule to ship on time and again all because of Andrew.

    This site does not send receipts upon charges of any sort and charged me over $200 for an account that has information that even I don't know leading me to think it was fraudulently created. Only realized there was an account when they started badgering me for non payment. Keep a very close eye out for emails related to this company.

    The customer service rep that I had spoken to was very polite and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. They even gave me tips and links available on stamps.com that I had no idea existed. I had an overall great experience.

    Convenient- easy to use and install. Very user friendly. The customer service is really the best. Any problems I had they resolved quickly. There were multiple times I had to reprint postage due to a error oh my part and couldn't use what I printed and they always quickly refunded. I no longer use them due to closing my business but if I reopen I would use them again.
