    I have used Stamps.com since its debut and have enjoyed it immensely. I have found it to be flexible enough to mail outsized packages and envelopes with correct postage. On the few occasions I have had to request a refund, it was processed promptly. It is perhaps priced a little high for smaller firms, such as my solo law practice, but the convenience partly makes up for that.

    I have loved not having to go to the PO for service. THe pricing is right and always suitably upgraded according to changes. I often look up my contacts and able to edit them as desired. It's been about 20 years of service that I love. The ability to have mail to go in so many ways for business or personal purposes is such a help.

    I have been using Stamps.com for several years and love it. Any time I have a question or concern, they are on top of it. When I was being charged extra by UPS, Stamps.com figured out what was going on and explained it to me. Keep up the good work

    Great instructions on how to use. Easy to print, I never have to worry about running out of stamps, I just print more. I receive a discount on stamps, and I can order other designs if I desire. Saves trips to the post office and often having to wait in line.

    I used Stamps.com for my business for years I paid a monthly subscription but when I shut down my business, I left the account open figuring it wouldn't hurt, and I admit I liked the service. I assumed when I didn't pay the "monthly" sub it would automatically shut my access down until I resubscribed. That was a couple of years ago. Today I found out that 300$ was taken from my account from Stamps.com. The money was earmarked for the phone and electricity which is very important as my husband and I are both high health risks. I have one question if Stamps was not seeing any response from that old email, they have my phone number for some reason, why didn't they use that instead of ambushing me this way? When I called I was informed that the company could scrape 200$ from their funds but how is this right and electric and phone wont wait the 7 days its going to take to get back into my account. Not to mention the overdraft fees

    A little slow on refunds, but other than that, EXCELLENT customer service. Save a lot of time by not having to wait in line at the post office. I would recommend Stamps.com.

    I have been using Stamps.com since the beginning, back in 2000 for me. I love the postage discount and it's easy to simply drop off my mail in my mailbox or at the local post office. I love the integration with UPS. Today I called customer service for the first time in 22 years because a UPS label wouldn't print due to an error message. It was a simple fix. UPS didn't like my middle initial on my name, so I was directed to delete it and save it and print it like normal.

    Excellent customer service.Reasonably priced.Easy to download and use. I love the fact that I am able to add money as needed. Also being able to address the envelope and adding the stamp in one step is a plus. Today is my first time of using the service and I am impressed with how easy it is to use it. The web site gives excellent instructions and for a first time user I must say when I had a question about adding money to my account the customer service rep was excellent, she lead me through the process step by step. A+ all the way.
