Easy to use. Updates automatically when USPS rates change. Fast upload of additional postage $$ into account. Affordable monthly charges. Ashley of the Customer Service team was pleasant and able to "fix" account problems within minutes.Stamps.com

Stamps.com has served us well for 10 years now. I really have no complaints. It is not difficult to learn the software, but it can be a little confusing if you make a mistake. I find myself repeating the same mistake over and over, but I think the problem lies with the interface with my printer more than with Stamps.com. I have never been unable to correct my mistake or get a refund if necessary.Stamps.com

Had an issue with my Shipstation account that utilizes stamps.com. Customer service was very helpful in finding the solution even though it was technically on my shipstation account. CSR helped me until all of my issues were resolved.Stamps.com

I've been with Stamps.com for several years but for the last 3 have not used it hardly at all for lack of necessity. Do to this, I didn't keep up with the updates & ran into a rather large problem. The customer support was great & I was back up & running in a short period of time.Stamps.com
