    I just signed up with stamps.com yesterday. I am not very tech savvy, so I had to call customer service this morning. The woman that I spoke to was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I have already ordered my 1st 100 sheets of stamps and I'm so excited for them to arrive. I was intimidated at first, but since talk with a CSR, I'm confident that I will do this correctly. I will never go back to the post office again!!

    I cancelled my account via phone many months ago only to find out that I was still being charged monthly. When I discovered this and called the company, I was told I had canceled my account only a month ago via phone call - absolutely untrue. I have not had any contact with this company recently until I found the unauthorized charges. I have no idea how and why I was lied to regarding my contact (or lack of) with stamps.com, not to mention the fact that I've been paying for a service that I not only don't use but was cancelled. Sounds to me like the individual that supposedly cancelled my account as requested did not do so and now is lying about a supposed phone that did not take place just a month ago.

    It has been so nice to have the stamp machine at home to mail my journals from home. That along with my customized bubble mailers has allowed my ministry to represent in a professional way to the public! I love it!

    I have been using this product for many years and have never had an issue. Suddenly because of a stupid error on my part thinks seem to break down. After a long discussion with Customer Service and the Technical people we discovered the error. It was fixed. The people I worked with were very patient with me and were not upset when we found the error. I like this outfit.

    These 5-star reviews MUST be fake. All I've found elsewhere online are reports of being scammed by this company. Same thing happened to me: I got signed up for a recurring charge of $17.99 a month! During signup, they bury the fine text that you'll be charged and it's not clear at all that you're signing up for a membership. Even the confirmation emails state nothing about the membership. Luckily, they refunded me after four months of not using their service. Do NOT use Stamps.com.
