    Our Company used to rent a competitor's postage machine. Postage updates became impossible with increased firewall and telecom issues. Switching to Stamps.com was the best choice for us. Setup was a breeze, monthly cost is reasonable, platform is very easy to use. I've only had to contact **************** twice in the past 8 years and each time the agent was professional, courteous and able to quickly resolve the issue. I highly recommend stamps.com!

    My elderly mother who does not get to the post office easily signed up for an ccount on Stamps.com in October of 2021. She ended up not ordering at that time. Unbeknown to her Stamps.com began charging her card $17.99 per month up until 12/22 when her card expired. The charges for a service she did not use, and did not know she was paying, totaled $233.87. She received an email bill this week for $95.95. This was the first notification she received indicating that she had an account that was being charged. We thought it was a scam, so I called to confirm that she did not have an account and to have them stop sending her emails. Turns out she did have an account and I was told that to close the account she would have to pay the $95.95. I was no longer polite at that point and asked more questions and learned about the $233.87. Since they did not have an active credit card, I told them that she would not be paying the $95.95 and they needed to close the account. I was told that it was our choice, but she would face financial consequences. Finally, I was put on hold, and when customer service returned, she said they would wave the $95.95 and close the account. I'd be impressed if they didn't already have $233.87 of the elderly lady's money. It makes a person wonder how many people fall prey to this slimy business model each year.

    Printing our postage with a stamps.com and a Dymo labelmaker is so convenient and easier and less costly than when we used to use a postage machine. It usually just works however I recently had a service issue and called stamps.com. Not only did they answer, they were able to assist me in resolving my issue in short order and with the first call. I recommend using them for all your postage needs!

    I do not have to call customer service or technical support that often and whenever I do they are very polite and resolve the issue quickly. I have been a customer for fifteen years and have recommended to others looking for a **** postage provider. *************.

    Horrible customer service. Emails take a week to respond, they do not follow through with what they claim to do. They hold money hostage and do not refund as they are supposed to do. Making claims that the money they hold is already paid to the **** for postage.I closed my account as they keep raising fees and having ancillary charges to packages that never happens before (as with others found on Consumer Affairs) and are not refunding the balance. I keep getting excuses. Beware... the non ** based support cannot do anything as they state the time is too late when it is mid business day in the **.

    I had a young lady who was in call center in ************ help me and she was so great. She had a great deal of ********'s for my non computer skills. Very polite and positive. i had been struggling for 2 days to get downloaded and we did it in like 15 mins. I have been a Stamps.com user for 20 years. We received new computers at work and that's where the struggle began!Thank you so much!******************* ***********, **

    Simple to use, customer service is accessible and usually clear English, and they work to resolve issues and even refund the account if there is any doubt. The postage is used by our business and also personal needs, and works well. I've noticed the **** rates for priority mail are cheaper than the **** post office.

    it's always a pleasure using the stamps.com program - no waiting on lines, you create your own stamp envelope package whatever you need and you can even add funds immediately if needed you can add the scale - it's great it's super- it's all in your finger tips.

    Great service and convenience. However, I use Stamps.com much less now that I am retired. The new rise in monthly rates will probably mean I will cancel - after 15+ years of excellent service. Last year I spent more for Stamps.com than I did for postage. Satisfied customer.
