    I had made a mistake on the dollar amount for postage and printed a whole sheet at $ **** each stamp. I was mortified. I called Stamps.com and the gentleman who helped me was a God send. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and walked me thru the process to correct my mistake. We only started using Stamps.com a few months ago, and up until now I was okay with it. But, after this dilemma, I absolutely swear by Stamps.com, not only saves me time, but the site is quick, easy, and definitely their customer service is top notch in my book.

    I called to find out what a charge on our bill was and the customer service girl that answered the phone was extremely helpful. Friendly and efficient. We have had stamp.com for several years and have never had a problem. Website is easy to use.

    Today, after contacting Stamps.com two previous times, I got representative, ******, who handled my requested refund of unprinted postage and insurance. She is the one and only reason I would recommend Stamps.com. **************** is extremely important, and Thembi provided the best possible service.

    I'm happy with Stamps.com. The monthly fee was a little steep for my situation and then with the $2.00 per month increase made it even more so. I was able to negotiate a cheaper monthly fee and felt my time standing in line at the post office was worth something too. The service I've received, which until today was only one time, was excellent. I was transferred to three different individuals before I was finally connected with the one that could take care of my questions but each were very nice and eager to make sure I would be taken care of. Overall, it's been a very good experience so far. I would like to give 4.5 starts but don't see that option available. The only reason I would give 4.5 instead of 5 is because their phones seem to have a delay which made it difficult to talk to the various agents who assisted me. I also had to repeat, for security reasons, my personal information with each transfer which seemed a little excessive and caused some frustration on my part although I definitely appreciate the security in place. Just wish my answers could have transferred to each agent.

    I don't call that often to the customer service or the technical support, however in those occasions that I needed to contact the customer services. Their customer service representative they are good listeners, knowledgeable, stride to resolve the issues a quick as possible within the time they are working with you over the phone. If for any reason the issues is going to take longer to resolved, they will follow up with you within ***** hours and send you an email summarizing the how the issue has been resolved. I been a customer for the last nine years a recommend to others.

    I have been a long-time customer of ********************** and the few times I have had to call **************** (like today), they answer my call right away (no waiting on hold for over 30 minutes!), are knowledgeable and resolve my issues each time. I would recommend Stamps.com to anyone looking for a reliable postage service!
