Wish I would have read the reviews. The product was alright. Canceled twice was sent another box anyway,then Canceled a third time. And billed again. We do make every effort to be forthcoming regarding our promotions and offers for Crepe Erase: as part of their initial purchase, customers enrolling in the Crepe Erase member program are informed they will receive automatic shipments until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership.
Additionally, at the time of purchase, customers are provided the option to either begin with the standard introductory 30-Day Entry supply or a full-sized 90-Day supply. At the time of your initial purchase, the option to begin with a 90-Day supply of our 5-piece Body & Face System was selected. We regret if it was not your intent select this option. You mentioned an advertised offer for $49.95. That offer is available but includes a 30-day introductory supply of the 2-piece Essentials System, not the 5-piece 90-day system.
On 4/24, your initial order (the 90-day supply with cost split into 3 monthly payments) was sent; the 1st payment was charged at the time of shipping to the credit card provided. The remaining two payments were charged as scheduled on 5/25 and 6/25, respectively.
On 7/25, your 2nd shipment (a 90-day supply, with cost split into 3 payments) was sent as scheduled. The 1st payment was charged at this time; the 2nd was charged 8/25.
Also, on 8/25 per your Live Chat request, your account was cancelled. Information regarding the remaining payment was provided since cancelling stops future shipments it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation. They will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day satisfaction guarantee.
Please be advised that our records do not reflect any calls received from the phone number provided with your order nor any other contact received in reference to your account either before or since 8/25/23. Our website offers multiple options to contact us via email, phone, or chat: we regret if you experienced any difficulty contacting us via any of these channels, as they have been tested without issue.
On 9/25, the 3rd and final payment for your 2nd shipment was charged at which time your account was paid in full.

Horrible no good business practices. Ordered trial size product, then had 2 additional charges for ***** from my checking account. Apparently ordering a trial sets off auto ***** for full size product for almost $300 for a 3 month supply taken out each month at *****. I Should of read everything, but I usually don't expect deception. Silly me. Called them. Nice enough lady took my call and kept taking me thru a loop to convince me I did not want to stop shipments. Sure she is just doing what she was taught to do. But a most unpleasant process. Was told to call back when I received the shipment for return / refund instructions. Told her I was not calling back, asked her to cancel further shipment and give me address to return product. She finally did. Had to ship back at my expense of about $20. Pretty angry about that. If I get any more deductions from my account I will be beyond angry.The product is good. I would buy it off the shelf but auto ship and 300 for a 3 month supply is way beyond my tolerance. Deceptive business practices. Yes, I admit that I missed the fine print that this would be a recurring subscription but they failed to alert me to the upcoming charges and the fact that it was about triple what I originally paid for the promo ($159.00 recurring charges). I returned the product and after one week of them receiving the product (make sure you have tbt tracking #!) I had not gotten any notification about a refund. All they care about is money. I received the product for a while. I was then charged but never received the product. I made them aware. They failed to respond and just continued to send delinquency payments, which ironically state "We have tried in good faith to reach you..." Funny they couldn't deliver the product, but know my address for their harassing notices. Per the terms of the online offer, you have been receiving automatic replenishment shipments (each a 90-day supply with total cost split into 3 monthly payments billed on a 31-day cycle) approximately every three months until February 2023.
Your last shipment was sent on 2/16/23 (delivered on 2/23 per USPS). The 1st payment was charge at the time of shipping to the PayPal account on file; the 2nd payment charged as scheduled on 3/19. When we attempted to process the 3rd payment for this shipment on 4/19 the request was declined by PayPal. This activated the auto-billing process to send monthly notices advising of the remaining balance.

I signed up for a trial subscription 3/2023. I reached out to them & cancelled 3/8/2023. I received a confirmation email on 3/8/2023. They charged me $273.92 for the full size items August 30, 2023. I reached out to them & was told I didnt have an ************** were unable to stop the transaction. They advised to return the item once I received it for a refund. This transaction should have never been processed to begin with especially not after this much time. I am out of money due to returned payment fees & do not have the product. I wish I could give 0 stars! Was added to a subscription I did not sign up for. Was supposed to be a one time offer. I had to call and get a refund and was told the product had already been shipped out. I asked that my account be closed. I returned the product in July 2023 and was issued a refund. It is Sept, 2023 and I am going through this again. Same answer, the product has already been sent out. I have had to close my Paypal account you it cannot happen again. Seeing the commercials, I was excited to try the products. However, there is NO explanation that you are signing up for a subscription. There was NO warning that I would be charged $90.12 three times ($270.36) for ONE set of products. I cancelled my subscription on 8/24, which was nearly impossible to talk with an actual person (and I'm pretty sure they're an answering service and don't actually work for the company). I wonder if the spokespeople that promote this product actually know about their business practices. They sucked me in also with the ** add. I ordered the small/starter kit in June for about $56. In July they charged me $272 for recurring shipment. I called them and was told it was too late to cancel but when I receive the product, return it. That's what I did and I have yet to receive my refund even though they received the product. They also had the nerve to tell me my refund will only be $256 even though I paid the return shipping. At this point I'm like whatever just give me my refund. I have called them at least 2x a week for the past month and they give me the same b.s. I've spoken to supervisors and they have still have not resolved my issue. On 7/25, your return was received within the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee and a refund was issued to the PayPal account on file. The refund was less s&h as our satisfaction guarantee does specify that shipping costs are a non-refundable item.
On 8/21, we received notification that PayPal had declined/cancelled the refund requested. We were able to re-issued the refund through PayPal on 9/7. In addition, as a goodwill gesture and exception to our satisfaction guarantee, an additional refund has been issued for the initial s&h charges.

This company should be shut down for shady business practices. They scam you into trying products and will continue charging your Paypal account without authorization (perhaps it is buried somewhere deep in small print). When I tried to contact them via email, I receive a message blocked notification while the charge is pending. I have not approved or even received this $342 product!!! No shipping notification, whatsoever.Regardless of the quality of the products, this company needs to be STOPPED! They are predators who take advantage of customers and shamefully prevent folks from contacting them and stopping payment.If I could mark zero stars, I would. It is this type of company that needs to be put out of business due to unprofessional and deceptive marketing and business practices.
