      First of all. They get you sucked into their subscription with a low cost starter kit.Then, with NO additional notification, not a text, email or any kind of common form of communication...the charge $272 to send the "full size" order to you. Now, I'm not poor and I'm not rich, but the fact that I'm charge that much for something with ZERO communication in this modern day is not acceptable to me!I called about the charge and was told that there is NO WAY to stop the delivery, even though its been 24 hours and the charge is still pending on my credit card??? I received the product and promptly returned it...having to wait to get my money back. Then, they charged $16 because I returned it?? Bad, bad, bad customer experience. Why not delay the delivery for ***** hours OR at minimum, send a freaking email !! letting people know they are about to drop a bunch of money for something. I don't care if its skin care or car parts or gum! A notification should go out BEFORE, the item is shipped. BAD, BAD customer experience. Also, I called today to cancel....again....because I was charged....again...and still NO email. No TEXT...nothing to confirm the cancellation. This is 2023 people...send an email....

The information regarding the terms of the online offer and the continuity program are provided in the shopping cart prior to any personal information being entered.  Before customers may finalize their purchase, they must check a box that states they agree to the terms of the purchase. The products are also shipped with information reiterating the terms and benefits of membership, cost, and next shipment date. As a courtesy a pre-paid return label was emailed to you to assist with the return of your 2nd shipment with no additional cost to you. Your next shipment was postponed until 7/30.


      On 4/20, your return was received within the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee and a refund was issued less s&h as our satisfaction guarantee does specify that shipping costs are a non-refundable item.


      Your 3rd shipment was sent as scheduled 7/30.   On 7/31, your account was cancelled per your request.  An email cancellation confirmation was sent including return instructions. At this time emails are not automatically sent for replenishment shipments since customers with active memberships have online access available for account self-management.

      Although our records do not indicate that your 3rd shipment return has been received to present date, as a gesture of goodwill a refund (less s&h) has been issued prior to the receipt of your return.

      I ordered a Perricone Cold Plasma Sub D "starter kit" for $53 on June 14. After receiving my 2nd order yesterday, July 20, when I'm only 1/3 into the first order and then seeing the $272.66 charge on my cc, I went back to subd.com and read the very fine print which says:One month after your first order is shipped, and then every three months thereafter, you will be sent a new full size supply of ***** *********** Deluxe System. Each shipment will be charged $239.85 plus $14.97 for shipping and handling charges to the payment method you provide today, unless you cancel. There is no commitment and no minimum to buy. All orders are subject to applicable sales tax.I cannot say they are not doing what they say they will, but it is very misleading. The "full size supply" is the same size as the first order and I can't imagine how they justify charging 5X the original amount.Regardless, I was able to get through on the customer service number and they told me how to return the unwanted shipment, have promised to refund me within 5-7 days of receiving it, and cancelled any further orders/subscriptions/charges.I feel like that is fair. I will update this review if they do not do what they have promised.

      I ordered a starter kit for $56 through FB ad. In one month I learned that I was put on a recurring payment plan after I was charged $270 for a similar set. A recurring plan was not disclosed during a checkout process, and I didn't consent to it. This company is dishonest to say the least, I want money they took from me back

      This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Buyer beware. If you order a "starter" kit you are unwittingly signing up for a membership. They will automatically charge your credit card and send you unwanted products. If you call the customer service no. you will get someone In ***** or ******** who barely understands the problem or the solution. It's such a scam, they should be put out of business.

      It is shocking that you would have a 30 minute infomercial on TV. Crepe Erase is such a scam. It does not work. So many complaints have been filed and yet you still sell this horrible product. Do you think hiring celebrities such as ******************* and *********************** helps? They are being paid to say good things about your product. SCAM!!! Stop ripping off people.

      I ordered Crepe Erase on 4/24/23 for a cost of $63.71. I tried the product and did not like it. Unbeknownst to me (must have been in some small print), they signed me up for a monthly recurring payment/shipping plan. On May 24th, I received a second shipment of the product and was charged a cost of $89.96 (total cost paid $153.67). I went into my PayPal account and put a stop to any future shipments and I thought that was the end of it.Today, July 5th (notice date 6/27/23), I get a Past Due invoice saying I owe them $179.85. I paid for my products, and have not received any additional products since I stopped my recurring payments. This company is clearly scamming and trying to intimidate its customers. DO NOT BUY from this 'company'.

      Very shocked and disappointed and upset after ordering this product for the first time on 6-9-23, only to have a bad reaction to skin and called to cancel membership 10 days later. To find out that the company charged my bank account $90.33 /an shipped 2nd order on the 20th of the same month. Which in turn caused my account to go negative and be charged a $37 fee for this early unauthorized 2nd order..Now I had to cancel my bank card, wait for 2nd order in order to return to sender and go through a dispute with bank for the $37 over draft fee.. On 6-09-23 I ordered and approved for a monthly supply to be processed on the 19or 20th of every month if I liked the products. I never authorized for 2 boxes to be shipped within weeks of each other and NEVER AUTHERIZED A DOUBLE CHARGE ON THE SAME MONTH.. Very sneaky how they try to steal money weeks ahead of when they are suppose to take scheduled payments..im only happy I found out early how grimmy this company is before any further damage was done to my credit or ******************* me Do not sign up for auto delivery or they will charge and ship you products weeks ahead of when you authorize them to take it from your bank.. I have never used anything and had a reaction before this caused my face to break out in red bumps and itch real bad, make sure you do a test on your skin....
