      Wish I could do no stars! They dont tell you that they enroll you for automatic monthly fees of $49.95! What a shock I got when I was notified of this charge! And now they do t want to give me a refund! Dont do business with this company!

      I am sharing this review so others can be aware of what can be delivered to them. I did get a refund started but I believe people should be aware. I received my order today and when I went to open it the first thing that I noticed was the putrid smell on looking into the boot box the tissue paper was shredded and there was small black clumps within this mess of paper. Further inspection showed that these clumps were dead baby mice. Absolutely appalling! It appeared that a mouse also got into one boot and shredded the paper inside the boot to make a nest.

      Placed a order they couldnt complete gave my the credit back but expired them in less then 4 weeks now Im fighting teeth and nail to get my money back or at least the credit since its their fault I cant believe all the money I have lost.

      They are pretty much stealing money. O had 10 $59.95 credits 9/3 and now I only have 5. When I asked whats going on they claimed they expired and would not give me an answer on when they expired.

      I ordered two pairs of shoes during a promo. One pair was $5. This was in July and its now September and they never shipped my order. Told me it wss delayed but it would be shipping soon several times. Then they told me recently there was a problem processing my order and I need to cancel and reorder to receive my order. Yeah well the problem is I only bought those shoes for $5. Now they are over $30. I dont understand why the couldnt just ship my original order?! It shows in stock on their website. What a scam.. I told them to take me off their email list and Ill never order from them again.

      Total scammers, So I ordered like 8 pairs of shoes from just fab only not to get a single pair!!It's pretty messed up if you ask me..When I messaged them about a couple of minutes ago you k n ow what he told me ?He said there wasn't nothing that they could do cause I didn't have my order number. I said why can't you use my phone number and my address like the other person did and he said there wasn't nothing that he could do ??!!I swear he was the rudest person I have ever spoken with!!I WILL NEVER USE JUSTFAB AGAIN!

      Complete scam!!!!! Misleading ad about a sale leads you to a tiny box at check out that indicates you join a monthly subscription program. The fine print indicates that you can cancel membership at anytime; yet, when I cancelled my subscription, they cancelled my order. Do not order from this company!!!

      Signing up a received a great deal on shoes (before they brought in clothing and accessories). The problem is this: its $50 a month and it gives you 1 credit to spend in the future or that month but often times the shoes arent worth $50 but it takes one credit to buy them. Like right now everything is on sale and I could get 2 pairs of shoes for $30 or Id have to use 2 credits ($100 worth) to purchase them. On top of that I dont get free shipping so even if I used my 2 credits Id still have to pay $15 in shipping and $5 in taxes. That would be $125 (with tax) for 2 pairs of shoes that if I paid cash cost $50 total (shipping + tax).Ive been waiting to use my credits but theres nothing I want and the items are all over priced so I get charged each month even if I physically go in the app to skip it and have to call to be refunded. They always refund but it just doesnt feel like Im getting a deal anymore. It feels like Im stuck with these credits Ive paid for and don't have anything of value in store to use them on so I cant cancel or else theyre lost. I wouldnt recommend signing up for anyone, just spend your money elsewhere.

      It was difficult to cancel my membership and they gave me the run around. Hasna the customer service agent tried to give me the run around to discourage cancelling. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
