    Awful. They lie to you on delivery updates and after complaining about my delivery last week, surprise surprise, my box for this week magically just disappeared! Was told by Hello Fresh that they will refund my money which is great but it's a shame that Hello Fresh actually cares and works hard, while everyone employed at AxleHire is messing them up and making customers leave HelloFresh. I have emailed and been on the phone with people from AxleHire and they just lie on top of more lies. When my delivery failed to show up at all yesterday, an agent said there was a delay and that the package was received late. Then today, I ask for an update on an ETA and am told that the package was never received and it won't be coming at all this week. Made sure to escalate three times with ********** over this and hope AxleHire gets dropped. God save the person if I get a, "We are extremely sorry for the delivery issues, We would like to get more information" spiel because ya'll ain't sorry. Ya'll are awful. Help us all and just shut down already. You're dragging ********** down

    I would most definitely NOT recommend this company. Their communication is terrible. They are very slow to get back by email and their chat function is useless. This company failed to update me about and item I needed and as a result ultimately cancelled the delivery as it was perishable. I believe at one point they simply didn't have a driver. I am so frustrated and because of their incompetence, $200 worth of food is bound for the garbage.

    They deliver for Stitch Fix and my past 4 packages have been delivered to wrong home. Despite multiple communications with them, confirmation of my address and and photos of my home, they continue to get it wrong. Luckily I have been able to find the package each time, But I was clear if if happened again (and it did this morning) I was canceling and informing the BBB.Thank you , *******

    I wish state and federal agencies would look at businesses with this low of a quality rating. This company is absolute garbage. From the customer service reps down to the delivery drivers. I go out of my way to use companies that don't support companies like this. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!Out of 17 deliveries not 1, I repeat not 1 has made it to the correct address. Most of the time this is the same driver, so it goes to show their hiring practices.

    Access hires the delivery company that doesnt deliver for the past six months. Ive tried to use their delivery service for a food service. I am handicapped and use the service because Im unable to lift heavy boxes..For the past six months at least once or twice a month the driver cant seem to find their way to my door, packages are left outside the leasing office door in the mail room, or they just throw it on the sidewalk and walk away. You can never get a hold of anyone in corporate to make a complaint. People like ********************* shield himself from dealing with the problems, or the many complaints that are listed. In the future maybe **************** should focus on retaining customers as opposed to constantly having to look for new customers.. again I asked the question how hard can I be to deliver a package, *********** and Federal Express seem to be able to find their way to my doorstep.. im a little confused how they can deliver hello fresh packages all over the building to their door but your drivers cant get my Home Chef box to my door.Heres a thought, **************** why dont you make your existing accounts work as opposed to constantly looking for new markets? You cant service the ones do you have, and I cant imagine youre proud of that. Perhaps its beyond your scope of understanding or experience., does anybody really care in your company? I dont think so

I see that we have been able to get your packages right to your door for the previous deliveries but 100% is what we expect from ourselves and what you should expect from us.     I wish I could give no stars!Stay away from this company. Several of my packages werent delivered or delivered to different location. Drivers cant follow instructions. One time my package was left in the rain, instead at my doorstep.

    Routinely, yes this happens all the time notifies me that my package has been delivered but the delivery photo is just a random picture of the ground and I never end up receiving my package. I dread every single shipment from this company.

    If i could give zero stars i would. My package was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm. The driver showed up at 9:45 pm. I paid same day delivery for this one package worth over $250. I watched the deliverer through my window but he never came out the car so i wondered what took him so long. Because of this i went down my stairs to my front door. I then got a text saying its delivered with a proof of delivery photo of the item out on my driveway. I ran out cus i thought who in the heck would leave a package out on the street. I run out and dont see the guys car there anymore with my package missing. I looked all around my neighborhood for it just minutes after he supposedly dropped it off. *** took a photo for the proof but then stole it and took it home with him. I called the axelhire company and told them what happened and how they need to contact the driver right away right now and i will be awake until i recieve my package back. Their response was we cant do anything because its late at night and it looks like ur package was the guys last delivery and hes logged off for the night and u should contact the packages company oh yaa sure, by all means let him take my 250+$ item because its his last delivery with you guys having no way of contacting him.. this company is a joke. I filed a police report. Why should the company i bought the merchandise be responsible for replacing my merchandise your employee stole from me while i was AWAKE and watching him through my window when he showed up. The guy knew exactly what he was doing and waited to steal when i went to go downstairs to go pick it up.

    First time having ******** deliver something. They tried once, I wasnt home, so they didnt deliver. Fine. But I went on the site that very day to update the instructions saying it was OK to leave the package, and they refuse to respond or reattempt the delivery. Essentially they are stealing my package. Will need to contest with the credit card company as the place I ordered from is nearly as worthless, but thats for another review.
