5 starsThe ladies at VetLink Solutions were a pleasure to have on my side of the court. They helped me all the way to finally getting my award letter from the VA. *************************** and ******************* started me on my way and were very comforting walking me through all the processes. ********************* walked me to home base and i am now at a 100% rating. This team was very professional and the communication was continuous throughout the process. They were able to manage my requests and delivered exactly what they said they would. Highly recommend to any Veteran dealing with VA red tape. Now I have satisfaction with certain disabilities. I would like to preface this by saying that i am not happy about writing negative comments about ree medical. I initially contacted Vet Link solutions for assistance with a claim. When it was time for my exam i was told that i would be going through Ree medial. I did some research and was thoroughly impressed by their reviews and ******* videos. I had my exam in January 2024, I was told by my case manager that the process after that would take 60 - 90 days. I was getting updates each month for 2 months and then i noticed that they stopped. In April i sent a message to my case manager and he told me that my file had be transferred to another person. I contacted this person via text and was told that she would contact the medical team for an update since i had been a while since my exam. It is now May and i have received no updates on my file. I sent a message via text a week ago and no response from the new case worker. I am simply asking for an update on my case so i can figure out if i need to continue to wait or move on. I dont want to lose my intent to file date that we established in September.

5 starsStreamlined process that was tailored to my disabilities. More helpful than my local VFW and more knowledgeable than most VA Advocates I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend this company for any veteran. Vet Link was able to increase my disability to 100% from 90% within a few months. They provided medical appointments, clear guidance and informed me of the assistance progress on a regular basis. The precision of Vet Link prepared DBQ led to a 9-day VA approval from claim submission. I don't think any other Veterans Assistance Business can boast the same. 5 starsHad an amazing experience with this company. I specifically worked with ******************************************, *******************, and *********************. It was very hands on! I never felt like they weren't a phone call or text away. They helped me with the whole process of my rating review, from wondering if I even COULD review my rating to receiving my decision letter. I had a wonderful experience with REE. After being recommended by another vet who had just went through the process, I decided to go for it at a 50% rating. I reached out and was told guaranteed at least 70% or 100%. I followed all of their specific directions regarding doctors and VA contact (DO NOT RESPOND TO ** during this process), and within three months I went from 50 to 100%. Yes, it may cost a little bit of money, but it is so worth it in the end. The staff was extremely kind and helpful during the entire process in 2021. I have since recommended several people who have also gotten to 100%. I paid $1k up front and $1k IF I was approved an increase. Thanks REE Medical!REE Medical LLC
