If I needed any question answered they were only a TXT, EMAIL, or CALL away. The team made contact with me in minutes.   People were telling me the best I could get with my service connected disability was 70%. VetLink got me 100%. If you don't use this company, you are giving back your deserved compensation from VA. Be ********** VetLink fight for you.

  ************* In 2021-2022 they said they could help on my preexisting knee problems and go from 40% to 70 or 80%. Basically paid $2000 up front, went to their doctor, submitted forms, ***s and followed their instructions to the letter. In short, I was denied an increase because I did not go to the VAs medical exam, which Ree Medical specifically told me do since the VA exams would always be a lowball amount, but is required by the VA. In fact, not going to your VA medical exam is grounds for the claim being dismissed since youre not letting them collect evidence of your condition. Ree Medical gave me some form to send to the VA about how their exam was just as good, but legally only the VA or the doctors the VA contracts out to can perform said exams. Afterwards they told me that it was part of the process and that they would also appeal the decision. Their way of appealing it was to contact another company and send out a mass produced form about how the VA has to consider exams by doctors outside of their organization. Unfortunately for me, the VA had already done that when they considered that because I didnt go to their required exam that they were not going to trust some random review without confirming the findings, likewise the *** I filled out, which anyone can write anything they like on it. Obviously the appeal was denied too. After failing miserably I asked for a refund and only received half the money back and reminded that each of their emails says their results are not guaranteed, they are not a medical organization, and that every email they sent has a disclaimer on it. Later on, I found out all they stuff they did could have been done at no charge by other organizations or even be done by yourself. What a horrible and costly ordeal to go through.

  ******************************************************************************************** They were wonderful to work with and led me to TPD at 100% although I'm extremely grateful to them it unfortunately is also illegal to charge for these kind of services and so because of this I cannot recommend them.

  I could not be happier with REE Medical. Very genuine team who cares to help veterans. They helped me achieve my desired outcome, and navigate the process every step of the way. It could not have been easier. They are extremely professional, well-versed, and thorough.I only wish I would have contacted them years ago. I can't begin to express my gratitude for REE Medical.   Veterans BEWARE! Disappointed in VetLink Solutions is an understatement.My experience has been one of me paying them good money - so I can do all of the work. They have done nothing for me so far. They won't provide us with a single point of contact and they don't try to contact me when we are available. Always calling me when I'm sleeping - after I have told them several times when it is the best time to talk with me. I tried working with their **************** at REE Medical - but they do not "coordinate" anything. The Coordinator carpet bombs me with reminders - to contact the doctor directly and set up an appointment. Another example of having to do all of the work myself - and I am expected to take a 5 hour train ride to see this doctor. In an effort to come up with a better solution and to fix some of my issues - I sent emails and made phone calls hoping to talk with a manager at VetLink. It's been 8 weeks with numerous calls, texts and emails - still no replies from a VetLink manager.   Retired 10 years not realizing I could contest my disability. Ree Medical got me from 40% to 100% permanent total in just under two months. Its worth the price and minimal effort.
