This organization only wants the best for veterans. From the moment I engaged them until the process was complete, I was treated with the utmost respect, even if I had some dumb questions. We all know working with the ** can get confusing at times, and these guys walked me through every step of the process with expertise. The one thing that veterans have to remember is that there are certain things that you have to do on your own end to make the process flow, so as long as you stay on top of your own stuff, REE will do the rest and they'll do it well. Can't say how happy I am to have worked with this group. If you get the chance to work with Al, he will absolutely take care of you. God bless that man.

REE Medical helped me with my VA Disability case when I thought there was no other way. I had a 40% rating and although my conditions and pain had increased significantly since getting that rating, I didn't always seek the amount of medical attention I needed, either because of financial constraints or the thought that I could handle my issues on my own. After REE Medical helped my wife, I also requested their assistance. Seven months later, and after thorough exams by REE, I received my much needed increase! I couldn't be happier with the results! REE Medical charged over $3,000 to write DBQs for my VA Claim only have them denied. Minimal communication after payment was received. Based on the support and assistance from REE Medical, it was an expensive waste of time. They were highly recommended but I would caution anyone to beware and understand the risk associated as it appears their service/support is hit or miss.REE Medical LLC

REE Medical helped both my wife and I navigate the VA disability system and got us both an increase in our VA medical disability. Before they helped us they looked over our records before deciding if they could help us. My experience has been awesome with Ree. I paid my fee on Dec 30, 2024. Went to Dr **** early February. Had DBQ by Feb 26. Filed VA increase on Feb 26. ** claim approved and grated on March 11. Im very satisfied from the process and the outcome. If you are in need of a complete service which helps the veteran organize the evidence needed for your VA claim than look no further than Ree Medical. Excellent staff as wellREE Medical LLC

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against REE Medical regarding a paid service that was not delivered as promised. On 02/01/2024, I paid $3,295 for assistance in obtaining new medical evidence to support my disability case. REE Medical assured me that their service would include a medical evaluation and by their doctors to generate new supporting evidence.However, instead of receiving the promised evaluation, I was provided with a blank Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ), which I was required to complete myself. This document was then signed by their staff and submitted. Unfortunately, this DBQ lacks the credibility of legitimate medical evidence and is not worth the substantial payment of $3,****** a result my claim got denied.When I requested a refund, my request was denied, and I was instead advised to consult a lawyer for assistance with my claim. I am determined to pursue a refund and will be seeking assistance from the ***************************************. Veterans stay away from this company a complete ripoff.REE Medical LLC

I understand that a positive outcome is not always guaranteed, but your company is well aware of the standards and guidelines required for increases. I was informed by ***** that your company does not review medical records, yet you are claiming to provide new medical evidence. Can you clarify how this is possible?In my case, all your company did was sign the ***, which I had to complete myself. The information I provided was simply sent back to me without any additional support or evidence. If you review my decision letter, you will see that the denial did not reference any relevant guidelines. How am I supposed to obtain an increase under these circumstances?It appears that your company charges upfront fees to take advantage of veterans, only to deliver subpar service and refuse refunds. I was skeptical at first but due to the representative ( ***** ***** ), I felt warm and fuzzy dealing with this business. They were straight up about all, and there was nothing to fear. Advice and procedures were on point. I must say I cannot be happier with the help from REE medical. DJ from REE and AL from AC Veteran Support were EXTREMELY helpful along the way and helped me attain the rating I deserve. Highly highly recommend!!! Like most veterans I pulled my boot straps up and took on the VA by myself and didnt come out ahead. I called Ree Medical after a friend/vet recommended them. I explained my situation and disabilities with them. They were very professional and knowledgeable with VA practices. Completed all the *** questionnaires and saw one of their contracted doctors.
