Took a while to get completed but that was mostly my fault since I took my time in responding and processing their requests to me to for information or to review information sent to me. Once I finished, the doctor they sent me to was professional, discussed the findings with me, and told me that they would send the paperwork forward to REE. REE provided me the final packet to send to VA. VA received and processed the findings and within 3 weeks upgraded my existing 20% to 70%. Thank you for your assistance and perseverance in getting me to finish this process.REE Medical LLC

Went from 60% to 80% with these folks working my case. I had previously worked with a company that took me from 40 to 60% in like 3 months. With this company it was approximately a year. Thats my only downside. I wish it was a quicker process. But their communication and keeping you in the loop was great!REE Medical LLC

REE Medical are the only solution I recommend. Professional, courteous, and caring as you move through the VA process. Dont just get the records from the VA site. Go to your nearest VA. ROI -release of information and request every document and image on a cd or electronically sent, or on a usb. Often the blue report does not include any surgical records,, op reports, as they are separate from progress notes and health summaries.You can ask them to print everything and ship that too. Be patient, follow their advice and wait.REE Medical LLC

I was recommended by a close friend back in Sept 2022 to used this company, since I am a Gulf War Veteran at 90% disabled, I decided to give them my business. Fast forward, 9 months later with 2 weeks left until my Intent To File expires, I've had multiple employees, *********, ***** and now *** tell me that they have never missed a deadline for I2F AND since I'm within 90 days that my case that "we will automatically expedite your file when you hit 90 days before your intent to file". Now today, May 15, 2023 I've got two weeks left and since I learned years ago, "Trust but Verify" it took ME to reach-out to REE. Their response, (typical right from the podium binder) Your case is in final review and our team of experts go back and forth and this could take **** weeks and today's email tells me another 3-5 weeks. I've got 10 working days left, I doubt anybody's working this MemorialDay. USAT!REE Medical LLC

This company is predatory in nature. They have changed the *** repeatedly after customers/clients have signed them. Vets are supposed to receive high quality products from this company but there were numerous things inaccurate/incorrect on what was produced which causes denials from the VA, so basically you pay thousands of dollars for nothing essentially.REE Medical LLC

I have had an excellent experience working with REE medical to file a claim with the VA to increase my service-connected disability rating. All of the representatives I dealt with were knowledgeable and professional. From the time of my initial consultation over the phone, my representative was very clear about their process, and answered all of my questions, which reassured me that I was making the right decision to go with REE medical. 5 starsI recently went thru REE Medical - via my chosen representative - in the disability process. The process is slow but I was advised of that fact upfront. The end result was my percentage was upgraded to 100% P&T. I am impressed with the final outcome and the way the procedural process was handled. IMO and observation it must be understood disability claim(s) increases are a matter of successfully navigating the VA's cumbersome process which by design is an adversarial challenge process. Ultimately it's not about whether one deserves a disability rating. It's about whether one can substantiate your claim.
