  I RECOMMEND, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Specialty Builders ****** License #*******. They are HORRIBLE! I Spent $125,000 on Home Repairs, including remodeling my only bathroom. Black mold remediation, new sink, new toilet, walk-in shower, new floor. Total cost was $33,000. They told me two weeks to complete. It took three months! The workers would come one day, then NOT come for 3 or 4 days. Then they didnt come for 2 weeks. The bathroom crew NEVER worked a whole week (5 days at a time!) I only have one bathroom. It was TERRIBLE! The timeframe to complete the work was UNACCEPTABLE! The quality of most work was POOR! I put on a new roof, replaced 11 windows with double pain, pulled up my carpeting, and put flooring down. They were supposed to paint inside and outside. They did not paint the 3 bedrooms, nor my kitchen, because I was originally going to remodel the kitchen, but I ran out of money. Everything was supposed to cost $100,000, NOT $135,000. The painters were the worst! The flooring and roof crews were GREAT. The painters left many areas UNPAINTED, and had to come back twice. They painted some door frames beige, and some white. They had to return to paint them all white. The Painters missed several areas; Window frames, door frames, inside and outside. They talked (personal) on their cell phones while they were painting. They did not paint the 3 bedrooms, nor my kitchen, because I was originally going to remodel the kitchen, but I ran out of money. The Specialty Builders **** does NOT itemize on their Work Order, they just evenly divide the total between categories, for convenience. The Project Manager, ***, told me the financing would be 9.9%. The last $23,000 was *****% interest. Lies. I have pictures......*****

  Specialty Builders contacted My Husband on July 19, 2023 and they came and sat down and explained about doing some artificial turf and concrete. We agreed to have them do the concrete and the artificial turf. They offered us a price of ****** which was not bad they did the turf they planted a tree. They put some rocks and they did the concrete. It was a nice looking job. Once completed so they had us sign the it was completed The next day I should say after they completed the job it did take them awhile to get started and to come on time and everything, but we were OK with that we waited for the concrete to cure This was in July. It was already October, 2023 so we contacted them and told them that the concrete hasnt cured so we were going back-and-forth with ***** and *** regarding the Concrete, and they told us to give it a chance to cure it still never cured So ***** tells me to get an estimate from someone that does Concrete and they would pay for that I got an estimate. The estimate was $8000.00 I let ***** know he said no were not gonna pay for that so and that they have been paid already by a company called upgrade. I never heard from him after that I kept calling, and I got a hold of *** and ****. I started dealing with *** and **** mainly *** and then they came out. They ripped up the concrete. They redid the concrete They did it worse than what they did it before, and we told them that we werent happy with it, and they said let it cure so we waited two weeks. In the meantime our neighbours across the street was getting his concrete done with the ***************** not Specialty Builders. Theirs only took two weeks to cure and it looks beautiful. *** said they are not going to help us.
