      Really loved that ***** had to come set this up. The ease of testing is wonderful. Everyone we talked to was kind and helpful. Hope we never have to use it but know that help is a button away!

      Life Alert was helpful until my mother decided to cancel their services. First they offered a free month of service while my mother compared life alert to her new emergency response device. It was only when she decided to discontinue Life Alert, did they inform here that she would continue to be charged for Life Alert until they received their equipment.

      Unfortunately, as much as we help families, sometimes people will just throw our expensive equipment away instead letting us pay to have it shipped back to us. That is why we have in our written agreement with your mother, that billing will continue until we get our equipment returned. We're glad to help your mother and to provide a free month giving her time to decide what she would like to do.

      Life Alert seems to be missing diversity. I never see a person of color, Asian, in the ads. It is always a white female. Men and women both suffer; stairs and showers are not just for women. I saw one ad for a man in the park. You are missing an opportunities
