      I cant thank ***** enough for his help and patience with my siblings and I with the decision to use l Life Alert . Everyone I have spoke to so far very Pleasant and answered all my questions.I will be sure to tell others of how pleased I am with this process up to this point .Thank -You

      Be SUPER careful about this company. When I called to terminate my deceased Aunts account, I was told it was the weekend and to call back on Monday. I did this and also had to pay $500 for equipment which was 7 years old. I live 3 states away and could not get there. Sent in a death certificate, paid $500 and was still charged for the month that she passed and the month after. I was told that I would not have to pay for the month she passed by one representative. The next one told me that was never possible. I will be calling my bank to dispute the two charges. Also, it took 21 minutes on hold to then be transferred to someone who could barely understand my issues.Do your homework. Easy to sign up. Terrible to close the account.

      We are very sorry for your loss.  We know this can be an emotionally confusing time so we do try our best to help family members. Two billing periods had passed before we were notified of your aunts passing. There was a misunderstanding with our agent who thought the refund was from the last month, not the last 2 months.  We apologize and we did refund to you the last payment. 

      Please know that our equipment is on loan and must be returned when an account is cancelling.  We have updated all of our customer's devices with new telecommunications standards and 4G capability at no charge.  So our equipment is quite expensive but we do not charge our customers for using it, only when we do not get it returned.  We understand you were not able to get to your aunt's house and that it had already been cleared out, that is why we had to bill for the equipment. 

      Were sorry you feel it was difficult to close your aunts account, we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our customer service. The account is now closed and we hope you find peace at this time.

      Very professional, yet personable service. Everything was explained and presented in a friendly manner and all of my questions were answered. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and patient. So far, I feel very good about the experience. I hope we never have to use the service, but I feel confident that it'll be there when that time comes.

      ********* was very helpful and easy to understand. She helped me get everything set up with ease. She was very nice as well. I am also impressed with the system itself. I like the fact you have 3 methods of getting help in an emergency. Very please with everything so far.
