      ******************** bullies and harasses paying clients!********************'s website is a dial-up from the early 90s. There is no email or mailing address. You have to CALL for anything and everything (used car salesman vibe). They demand 3 PHONE CALLS just to sign up. I was like "I work full time. I'm sold on the product. Shut up and take my money!" But he would not. It was baffling and RIDICULOUS. After the rigmarole of getting signed up and receiving/setting up the products, ******************** was great. The first year, my mom fell several times and pressed her necklace button. The paramedics came quickly, and I was thrilled with the products and services. Note on billing: ******************** was very insistent that I pay by credit card. I was very insistent on paying by check. (I know...Freaky Friday.) I'm SO glad I did this, as I received harassing phone calls and notices for months and months in the beginning of services stating I had not paid my mom's bill. In fact, I had (auto-checks sent from my bank). It was over six months before the harassment temporarily abated. Then, Mom had stroke #3 and became too confused to remember to use the necklace button. I attempted several times to cancel ******************** and asked for an address to return the equipment, but to no avail. It sat unused for nearly a year. Mom is now in Hospice, and ******************** calls everyone on my mom's emergency contact list and me several times a week. I had an email from a specific ******************** employee (no email is listed on their website) and made yet another attempt to return their equipment but never heard back. They FORCE you to call them and deal with their absurd hoop-jumping phone transfers. If I didn't work or take care of my terminally ill mother, I might sue ******************** for harassment. THEY ARE TRULY BULLIES. Advice: Research medic-alert buttons and go with a different brand. ******************** doesn't seem to know that they have competitioncompanies that provide the same level of care *minus* the harassment.

      We know the stress and fear that families face when taking care of a terminally ill loved one, as in your situation.  We are sorry that you are dealing with the loss of your mother and we understand why you are lashing out, but we also must correct a few misunderstandings.  Having worked with senior citizens for over 35 years, our convenient phone set-up is for their benefit and preference.  We know that someone younger would not understand these methods, but our elderly customers do appreciate our follow-up and follow-through procedures. 

      We have been trying to reach the family to assist in cancelling services due to your mother being in hospice.  Unfortunately,no one has called us back and payment has stopped at your end. 

      Were sadden that you felt the need to write this review after all the times we helped your mother, but we do know that you are in pain at this time and we just want to help expedite cancelling your account. 

      Please call our *************** at **************  X-**** so we can make arrangements to pick up our equipment, free of charge, so there will be one less thing for you to do.  We wish you peace at this time.

      So easy! I have had 3 traumatic brain injuries. I was very apprehensive about the activation process. Piece of cake!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you all so much!!! Peace of mind for sure??????

      Extremely easy to set up. ******* was so pleasant and super helpful! Looking forward to sleeping through the night again knowing my dad is safe in his own home with life alert at his fingertips.
