      The lady that we spoke with was very nice and PATIENT. I am still learning to walk at after a very bad car crash I was hit head on. My 14 year old son took the phone and helped set up pretty much everything. I was proud of him for his manners answering yes and yes ma'am not yea. So now I feel safer to be home alone while family is out of house. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions all with a pleasant voice. The follow up call was just as easy as set up call

      The system appears to be thorough in covering all aspects of keeping me safe. ****** was wonderful in explaining the system and answering questions before purchase. ****** was exceptionally helpful during activation, patiently walking me through each step. Finally, ***** called and went over everything with me once again. I am very impressed with the service provided so far as I now begin to use the system for the first time.

      Life Alert is impossible to quit paying for once you have a subscription to it. My husband contacted Life Alert twice to try to cancel his dad's subscription due to my father-in-law being admitted to a nursing home. (My father-in-law went in a nursing home on September 19th and Life Alert required the nursing home to contact them to say he was there.) Unfortunately the nursing home didn't carry through with their part and after he passed away, they didn't mail it back or contact Life Alert. On October 17th, Life Alert contacted my husband and said the equipment was pinging in a landfill in the area which was a TOTAL LIE! The equipment was still at the nursing home sitting behind the woman who should have mailed it back almost a month before. It now has been returned but I would not recommend this company to anyone. No one needs to play ********************* after burying their family member.

      We are sorry for your loss, and we understand how confusing and frustrating a time like this can be for a family.  All of our calls are recorded for quality assurance and notes are automatically date-stamped to avoid human error. More importantly, our cutting-edge equipment, including our wonderful GPS device, is the best on the market and we have the ability to pinpoint where the device is located.

      When your husband called us to let us know his father might be going into a nursing home, we advised of the proper paperwork he needed to send us to cancel the account.  We followed up with a text message to your husband so he wouldnt forget. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from any family member.

      We found out about your father-in-laws passing from the ***** not from your husband. 
      We followed up with him and he proceeded to argue with us, refused to listen to us, and advised that we can call the nursing home ourselves if we wanted our equipment back. 

      We called the nursing home multiple times, but they were not cooperative.

      During that time, our GPS unit was activated and sent us a signal.  We have electronic and audio evidence proving it was in a landfill.  We hope you can understand that if someone was lying to you, it was not Life Alert. Lastly, we did not receive our GPS device from the Nursing Home.  Perhaps there was a reason why the nursing home didnt cooperate with us.  Again, we are sorry for your loss.

      I first spoke with **** she was friendly and informative.**** walked my family through the Life alert process including payment information. My family feels so much better knowing my mother ***** will be having Life Alert installed.
