      I think for the price it's well worth it. The setup was easy. Everybody was nice and professional over the phone. There was a little bit of information that was not corrected that I had to repeat a few times, but that was really no big deal and it's understood when setting something up new. Everything was straightened out with no hassle. This gives your elder relative that is still mobile and independent a piece of mind with a touch of a button instead of worrying about a cell phone that they might not have on them all the time. If you were one of those kids like me that used to laugh at the commercials of the lady saying "I've falling and can't get up", this is a sobering moment when you realize that one day you actually might need and appreciate Life Alert.
