      I called Life Alert just to get some information. I spoke with ****. She was very knowledgeable and patient and gave me all the information I needed. I am so happy that that we will now have Life Alert for my mother in law.

      The representative *****, was very good had explaining all of the advantages of the system. I found it enlightening and would recommend this product to anyone. There are other products out there but they are not all the same. The long life battery is a huge difference. If the pendant is taken off to charge it is likely to not get put back on and not be there when needed. Again I appreciate their service and especially ***** that I talk to. Thanks ***** *****

      Life Alert lied about when I sent pendant back to them and when they shut it off. Then didn't give me back all the money I was due. Not a good company to do business with.
