    On March 25th 2023, I ordered a 250mL bottle of Tamiya Lacquer Thinner. With shipping, the total came to $15.68. I received a notice that the item was out of stock and would be expected in April. I reached out via email in April and was told it would be in stock in June. I reached out in August via email and was told they don't have an estimated delivery timeline. I've reached out again in November but still don't have a delivery date yet this item is still shown as available on their website.

    On Febuary 10th,2021 and January 27th,2021 i placed an order @activepowersports.com. I was charged immediately and the order seemed to be completed without any problem. I contacted the company to see where my order was and I was told it was on back order. This business is listing items and taking people's money without fulfilling the orders.     On August 8, 2022, I placed an order for 2 hard to find action figure collectibles. I was charged immediately and the order seemed to be completed without any problem. I was contacted the next day to let me know the items were back ordered until September 2022. On Feb 3, 2023, I contacted the company again to see where my order was and I was told it was still backordered and was offered an order cancellation. At this time I asked which credit card I made the purchase with and never got a reply. On 7/24/2023 I contacted the company again and was told the items are still on back order, with no estimated delivery date. Each time I was told the items were back ordered, I checked on the website and the items are still listed and being sold. They are currently still being sold and treated as in-stock.Item 1: ******************************************************************************************************************************************* 2: ******************************************************************************************************************************************* original purchase price including shipping was $67.31. I have been paying as much as *****% Interest on my credit card for this purchase for the last year without ever receiving anything in return. I believe this business is listing items they do not have to defraud people of their purchases and take people's cash without fulfilling the orders.

    Placed an order in March. Immediately got a response that the product has been back ordered until mid April. Heard that another place, so thought ok. Contacted them in **** was told the company hasn't got back to them on shipping. Contacted them June 30th, still blamed the supplier. I contacted supplier and they don't have, nor had, any issues with the product I ordered. I should have had it within a few days according to them.     On May 7th 2023 I ordered parts and pd Xtra for 2 day shipping .1 of my parts wasn't available so they contacted me ,we dropped that part off order ( that was around the 10th ) and were suppose to ship out the rest .they took the money out of my account 2 weeks ago .the parts still haven't shipped and now they won't email me back .since I pd for 2 day shipping I should of had the parts by the 12th .when I go into my account it says preparing to ship ,I'm not happy with this company.i have been patient ,but this is getting ridiculous!!!

    I ordered Stompgrip seat cover 29-01-1010 3/23 was told next day was on back order until late may 2023 tried contacting them several times to check on status, no response to emails! No phone number to contact them! It seems this is an ongoing problem with this company charging people for products they will never receive! Nor will they get there money back unless someone does something about them!

    I purchased a model airplane online on 12/31/22 for $54.51 (order #*******, Revell 1:32 model: Polikarpov I-16 Type 24 "RATA" airplane). On 1/1/23, I received an email stating the item was back-ordered until the end of January. It is now mid-March and the order is still listed as "pending" on the website. I have sent both emails and messages through their website asking for an update and have not gotten a response.

    I order a gift for my son and they advertised as ready to run but told me it was just the hull and decals. Yes it was a boat. Asked to cancel my order but got no reply. Asked for a refund and once again no reply. After reading all the complaints I believe I have been scammed
