    Purchased boots for $29.99 in late November. Received 12/1/2023. As they are boots, they came shipped in a plastic bag and not a shoe box which was my first red flag. The quality is poor, much different than they appeared in all photos online. The size I received was correct, however they fit much too small. I immediately went to the customer service page to attempt a refund and have now participated in 3 back and forth emails with ****** telling me I need to take a photo of the size of the boot and send measurements via photograph back to them. I have explained that the quality is more of an issue than the size, and I would like to request a refund but it seems obvious I am not going to receive. I have also been on ******** and am seeing multiple comments calling this company a fraud, a scam, and that customers are not receiving their product.

    Ordered a pair of boots November 25, 2023. Never received a shipping or tracking number. Money taken from account. All phone numbers for the business do not exist nor does the email address. I paid *****. Multiple emails sent no response. I want my money back because no one will return emails and the company seems to be fake.

    Want to return and a refund. The boots I received are very cheep and horrible quality for $60. They came from a factory in China. Company lists they are from the US. I emailed several times with no response and their phone number is disconnected. Website states easy returns but phone number on website not in service.

    Ordered Boots on line December 8, 2022. Paid $40.95 order # ****. Confirmed by Boston Boots that the order would ship within 7 to 10 Business days via standard shipping. Have contacted them via email three times and also left voice message. Can not get any updates on order. Tracking number since 12/19 show in inbound sorting center in China?? Has been over a month now and no boots. This was a Christmas present for a family member. I longer even need. Ordered the boots elsewhere and got immediately. Have been trying to cancel order and obtain a refund. I have found no way to even speak to a representative from Boston Boots to resolve this issue, and no responses from email either. Since the product was not received at all to date, I would like a full refund plus credit(refund) given back for some international charge that was not disclosed at the time of the order, it was processed at a later date with no notification to me.

    On Nov I ordered 2 pairs of boots for $39.99 each plus tax and on Dec 11 got an email saying that they were in transit, more than 2 months later, I have not received my boots nor can I reach a representative from the company.
