I only intended to purchase one pair of boots from the Boston ************* however, I made an error and purchased two pairs ( one for $39.99 and another for $30.00). As soon as I received the order confirmation, I emailed customer service, explaining that I only wanted one pair. Their response was that they could not guarantee a change to the order. It took almost a month for both items to arrive. I am unhappy with the boots and would like to return both pairs. I do not believe their return policy is stated clearly on their website. I think it's very misleading for the customers. When I contacted them to return the boots, I was told I needed to cover the cost of shipping them back to *****. I would never have ordered the boots if I had known this was their return policy.Initial Complaint

I purchased these shoes on 1/3/2024. They arrived on 2/3/24 after many inquiries. This was when I realized they were being shipped from ***** despite the company being based in *******, **. The updates started 1/22/24, however the website states orders are complete between 7-10 business days. When the shoes arrived, the sizing was incorrect and the shoes did not look like the images on the website. The quality was poor and the shoes were unwearable because of the sizing. One shoe is significantly smaller than the other, despite the size being the same. When I inquired about a refund, I was told I could get 15% back, but shipping back to ***** would be my expense. It took at minimum 24 hours to get any information, and several attempts to get the shipping address. Then I was informed the customs fee would also be at my expense. I would like a full refund based on misrepresentation of their product, shipping and quality issues. In addition, the product needed to arrive within 30 days, and that would be impossible because it took nearly a week to get any information back from the company.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 12/27/23 and the order confirmation had an estimated delivery of 1/9/24-1/12/24. I received a tracking number on 12/28/23. By 1/10/24 there was still no movement on the tracking indicating that the item had actually been shipped, so I contacted the company to request that the order be canceled. They said that because it was already in process they could not cancel it. There was no update on the order until 1/16/24 AFTER I had filed a dispute with PayPal, at which time the company (Boston Boots) asked that I withdraw my claim. There was then new shipping information provided on 1/24/24, which I believe is when the item finally arrived to *****************. I did not receive the item until 2/2/24, 37 days after placing my order. I requested a return on 2/5/24, and their reply was that they could offer a partial refund or a gift card, and that return shipping to ***** is expensive. I replied that I wanted them to waive the shipping cost and issue a full refund. Their reply was that their policy is that they allow returns within 30 days of PURCHASE and that they DO NOT provide return labels, however their website clearly states that I have 30 days after RECEIVING my item to request a return and that they will send a return shipping label, which to me would indicate they are paying for return shipping. There is also nothing that I can find on their site stating they are located in *****, everything says they are located in **********, ***.Initial Complaint

An order was placed on January 6 and finally arrived a month later. The business claims to be based out of CA but it's shipping the product from *****. They appear to use photos of UGGs on their website. The product was not shipped until an email inquiry was sent on Jan 22 stating that the tracking link provided did not work. When the product arrived, it clearly was not of the same quality represented in photos. The website states they accept returns within 30 days of purchase and provide a shipping label for such. It directs you to send an email to arrange return. I emailed to do this. I received an email response that they ship from ***** and that is also where returns are sent, they do not provide a shipping label and they offered a few options. 1. 20% refund, 2. 50% credit to their website. I responded with a screenshot of the return policy from their website where it stated they provide a return label. I was then provided an address in ***** and told I would not be refunded original shipping and return shipping would also be on me. I made an online purchase for a pair of boots since January 3rd and the package has not arrived. I contacted the company and they told me that it has already been on its way for several weeks. Always say the same. I told them I'm tired of waiting and they just give me my money back. The only thing they say is that they can't do that because supposedly the order is already on its way, they sent me the tracking number which is not correct because it is a Chinese website that I don't even understand the language but they are always trying to convince me that the order comes and is not real, check the ******** page there are several people scammed through this boot store.Initial Complaint

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes/boots on Dec. 10.The name is Boston Boot, but products are shipped from *****!Total amount paid: ***** Opened claim in PayPal.Took a month to receive on pair. They were not as described or what what shown in the photos on the website. Second pair just arrived 2 days ago (Jan. 24) and they state size 40 (9) but do not fit an American size 9. They wanted me to take photos of the boots with a tape measure showing the actual size. I have been s******* around with this bogus company for well over a month! They have no intention of ever allowing me to return the junk items! They play a game with every email they respond to dancing around the issue and saying they want to help find a resolution! When they clearly are not going to do that!! This company take 3 days to respond to emails and when they do the say how much they want to assist me in resolving the issue but took over a month to finally get them to tell me that returns go back to the warehouse in *****! The address on each package was not ***** but one was ********** and the other said *******, **. I had asked for this information in every message i sent. Now they want to offer me a 15% refund. Or a 25% store credit! I just want my full refund back. But Iooks as if they will not be honoring their 30 day refund policy! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased 2 pair of the mini boots from the Boston ************ on 12/4. The tracking information that they sent was fake, I could not track my package so I begin to think it was a scam. A month later I received the boots. Both pair were poorly made with the seams showing and deformed from shipping. On their website it says you can email them for return instructions and a full refund. I emailed them and they reported that their company recently moved to ***** and if I wanted to return the boots then I would have to ship them back to *****. They offered me a 20% refund or a 50% discount on a future purchase. I do not want either I want 100% of my money backInitial Complaint

I purchased a pair of boots on 12/11/23 via the company's website after seeing the product being advertised on Instagram. I didn't realize they would be coming from ***** and that it would take a month to get them. I finally received the boots on 1/11/24 but they were the wrong size, not even close to the size I ordered. I emailed the company about their mistake but they only offered me 15% of my money back. This is unacceptable. The boots are terrible quality and there were no tags and they arrived in a plastic bag. Feels very much like a scam and not a legitimate business. I've seen several videos of other people with the same story as mine.
