On 11/30/23 I ordered boots online. The estimated delivery date was Dec *****. I didn't receive the package until sometime between Jan 3-9. The boots that arrived did not match what is advertised on their website or their ads on social media. The sole of the boots on the website is smooth whereas the sole on the boots that arrived have grooves and the word "Fashion." The advertisement states the boots look "just like Uggs," but that is definitely not the case. Pictures attached for reference. I reached out to the company for a refund. They offered a 5% discount, then a 20% discount or 50% return via a gift card. A full refund was offered, but I was expected to pay for shipping. I'm seeking a full refund and they cover shipping & handling. I should not lose money, due to their false advertisement.Initial Complaint

On 12/2/23 I ordered 2 pair of Boston Mini Boots 1 black/5 1 khaki/8 from The Boston Boots, for a total of $88.93 the confirmation email says estimated delivery December *****. On 12/4 I received shipping notification and tracking, JSELT0456912525yq the tracking site would never even load information. I waited for the shipping window to pass and contacted PayPal to initiate a claim on 12/20; the seller contacted PayPal and provided a new delivery date of 12/25, I left the PayPal case open. On 1/2/24 I still had not received the items so I contacted PayPal again. On 1/3/24 I finally received the items and cancelled the PayPal claim. I opened the packaged and both items were ***** so I immediately saw an issue not what I ordered and late to gift but figured it wasnt the biggest issue. I tried the pair for myself on and they were much too small. So I contacted the seller directly per the instructions given by the website. Several emails have been exchanged since. I have been clear about my desire to return the items since the order was wrong and didnt not fit. Only today 1/12/24 did they offer any resolutions but all are not acceptable, and now because they recently moved shipping and returns to china they want me to pay for the return shipping which is not what their website indicates is their return policy. I do not want the useless items. I want to return them for a full refund. They need to honor what their website says and fix the issueInitial Complaint

I ordered a pair of boots online from The Boston Boots company. I purchased December 1, 2023. The order said they would be delivered within 14 days. The item finally arrived January 8, ****. Much too late to give as a gift for Christmas. Late arrival is not the biggest issue. I ordered womens 9.5 size. The item arrived and says the size is 41. My daughter cant wear these boots they are much too small. I am a size 8 in womens. These boots are too small for me. I requested a full refund to return the boots. They replied since they have moved their company from ********** to *****, shipping cost are much too high to return. They offered a 20% refund and I can keep the boots. I dont want the boots. They do NOT fit anyone in my family. Or they can offer 50% back on a gift card for their store. I would never in a million years purchase anything from them since their sizes do not make sense. I have added pictures. Their website doesnt even offer size 41 on the size chart???According to the size chart we should have received **** but the way the 41 fit, **** never would have worked either. I paid $44.94. I order these boots on 12/1 and did not receive until 1/3. The customer service during that time would not respond to any of my questions as to where the shoes were. When I received the shoes, they said they were the correct size on the plastic bag and shoe, HOWEVER they were 2 sizes too small and the quality was horrible. I have tried reaching out twice since I received my shoes with no response about my issues or anything from them. I have seen a lot of similar complaints after I started looking into it. I paid ***** plus tax to the Boston boots on December 9th for a pair of black over the knee boots with brown fur. They were supposed to be shipped in 3 to 5 days with standard shipping. I placed an order on 12/3/23 for a pair of boots for a Christmas present. I received a confirmation, and my card was charged, however its 12/27 and I still have yet to get the boots. I emailed customer service four times and get the same canned response: if you dont get tracking information w/in 7 days, please contact us. Which I did- 4 times. There isnt a status of anything online. I would caution anyone from ordering from this company. While the cost of the product wasnt significant, the lack of response and the product not being delivered is a red flag. I would like my money back so I can purchase from a reputable company charging me 3x as much.Initial Complaint

Ordered 3 boots online Nov 18, 2023. Paid $128.92 order #****. Confirmed by Boston Boots that the order would deliver between Dec 1-6, 2023 via standard shipping. Only 1 pair arrived and they were terrible quality and no tags or packaging. It's now Dec 22. I have contacted them via their email address three times and no-one has replied. I cannot get any updates on my order. The phone number on their website says it's not in order?! The tracking number since in inbound sorting center in *****. I am trying to cancel the order and obtain a refund. I have found NO way to talk with a representative from Boston Boots to resolve this issue, and I have gotten no responses from my emails either. Since the product was not received at all to date, I would like a full refund. Clearly this company is a scam and taking people's money with no repercussions.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of shoes from the company. They said the order was shipped on December 7th gave me an order number as well as tracking number. There has been no update as of where the order is in the last 2 weeks. Everytime try to call them the number is out of service or apparently busy. I ordered boots from this company.The company isnt located in ***** but tracking shows that is where it is coming from.It also shows it isnt even on the way (ordered last week).When trying to contact through email, I get an automated response that is zero help.When I call the numbers they are either disconnected or a random different company.I believe this company is a scam.
