  Called about a new gas generator purchased that had arrived with a broken spark plug module. Spoke with very helpful employee who had a replacement ordered and it was received three days later. Excellent customer service.

  I bought an A-iPower **** PSI pressure washer through ****** and it has worked well. I use it every 3-4 months to clean driveways, chairs, *********** and it does the job very well. A couple of pulls and it starts right away, even after sitting for several months. This last week, I went to start it and it worked as usual, but after a break, I pulled the cord and it tore in my hand. I was worried I was going to need to order a new pull starter but I called the customer service and ****** worked with me, ordered and shipped a new starter cord unit the same day under warranty! What great service. I give the product 5 stars and the customer service 5+ stars! Keep up the good products and customer service.

  In these times of poor customer service, *********************** is the exception. They were easy to reach; speedy and clear with their responses. When their local warranty repair shop found the unit could not be repaired, they immediately shipped me a replacement. I could not ask for better service. Give this company your business.

  I needed a generator for my off grid cabin and I picked up a ipower ****. It has been an amazing buy, the remote work from any place in my cabin and it's in my sheed with the battery's just incase I have not had enough sun to charge them. The unit is not to heavy if I need to put it in my truck or side by side to do work in other areas of my property. I had 1 issues that was not an issue but 1 remote fob did not work. I was having a talk with customer service to see if they had a wifi remote for the odd time I am away for a day or 2 unfortunately they do not have such a thing. ******* told me she would send a replacement out not that I was looking for one but she sent a replacement. I can't say enough about your customer service and if they are all like her you are lucky. Because dealing with her has made me a life long customer

  I purchased a second **** generator, which is now the **** model, after the first one lasted only 2 years. I decided to buy these generators, since I was covered by the ****** replacement warranty, if I needed it. The first **** generator ****** engine (*****) started burning oil around **** hours, and finally failed due to the low oil alarm not protecting the engine. The new **** generator, upon delivery, the front display did not function, and I was sent two shipments of parts to repair the display. Their warranty states the first year is parts and labor, but I was sent replacement parts to install myself. They agreed to replace the **** generator after the first parts shipment didnt fix the problem, but this would have been too much time without the use of the generator. The replacement engine for the **** generator, arrived with a broken high tension lead and pull start. They finally sent the correct parts and both generators are running. The representative *****, was concerned about my situation and kept in contact with me via, email and phone. I am very pleased with her effort, but I would not recommend these generators, other than light, infrequent use.

  Bought an I Power **** watt and have had GREAT results as it runs my AC and refrigerator as well as TV computer and lights with no problem at all. Had a GREAT conversation with ****** as she was very helpful and took care of all my needs quickly and professionally. She was very knowledgeable about the unit understanding the mechanical aspects and getting me back in business. FAR better than a ***** at half the price. GO I POWER and ****** too!

  *************************** gave me superb customer support. I was having trouble starting the generator. He had me check the oil level, we discovered it was a little low. He had me add oil to the proper level. This solved my issue and the generator started right up! I greatly appreciate the kind and helpful service. Thanks again!

  Purchased a SUA2300i generator. Awesome little suitcase generator for our minor power needs. Almost a year later, I encountered a small issue which required warranty claim. *********************, *******, was so helpful with ever from claim work, to diagnostic. She got right to work on paperwork and had issue resolved in 3 days. Even found me a repair shop in my area and filed all paperwork. I will definitely purchase another model like this if needed, not only for the machine, but for the service.
