      For info I have a 2011 Hyundai ******. Low mileage. They really have no concerns for their customers. My issues go back a few years. My horn wouldn't work consistently. Sometimes I'd use it and it worked, other times not. I can't tell you how close to accidents I've come because someone cut me off or went through a stop sign. They wouldn't cover a replacement or anything else related to the issue. I had to go to 3 dealers before one found the problem. It required 2 separate parts & 2 visits. And of course the other repair/dealers charged me to try and figure it out. Next issue is regarding audio. I have music on my phone. Because my car is older, it doesn't have ApplePlay, Bluelink or Nav. I have a basic small screen that shows what mode and what radio stations I have. I can't use an aux cord as my phone is bluetooth. Even my older phones that had it still had audio problems. For some reason some songs play loudly while others are almost inaudible. They are fine when listening directly on my phone. I can't just listen on my phone as the road noise is beyond horrible in this car. Even listening to the radio, I have to pump up the volume. Basic customer service can't help me and there is NO live person to speak with regarding this issue. I am not going to a dealer who will charge to take the whole dashboard out only to find there's nothing they can do. I'm in the 7th circle of heck with this company. All I want to know is if it's a repairable bluetooth problem.

      I am very unhappy with ***. I am a long time customer of ********************** and when my 2020 tucson engine blew the warranty agreed to replace the engine and provide me with a rental. Then I was contacted by *** wanting to buyback my car from me. My car has been at the dealership service for over 3 months now. So I was told by the *** employee that if I didn't go this route for them to buyback my car I would no longer have my rental car paid for. So I did everything they asked me to do. And today I get a buyback letter saying that I will owe *** **** dollars for them to pay off my car and take my car away from me. I would be left with no car and no money towards another vehicle they were charging me over 11k due to the mileage on my car. Absolutely ridiculous . I am not accepting this offer I reached out to my representative and told her I just want my car repaired she responded that is between me and the repair shop so I called them my cars engine will be replaced by Thursday of this week. And the guy I spoke with at the dealership told me that *** can not force me to sell them my car back and they can not take away my rental car from me as my warranty is the one who approved it and accepted fault in the fact that Hyundai is selling cars with faulty engines. And he told me my engine has come in and will be in my car no later than Thursday. I just want everyone to know that they shouldn't trust the *** reps. **** dint have your best interest at heart and they try to string arm you making you feel that you have no other option. Shame on you ***. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME *** in regards to this issue
