    Poor customer service. No communication regarding shipping delay. When it took 8 weeks to receive the intended Christmas gifts, I set out to return them. I had to pay $15 for postage for the return. They will not refund my postage fees.

    Ordered the adjustable glasses, sounds like a great concept, but the product was absolute garbage. Damn I should have googled the company a little bit first. Anyway, I got most of my money back after paying to have the crap shipped back, but they made it difficult to get my money back. Multiple emails and several weeks before the refund processed.

    This is a scam. Paid extra for expedited shipping 8 days ago and usps tracking issued a tracking number but has never received item to be shipped. no response from them after trying to contact them.

    Ordered a Scopes Phone Clip which arrived at least a month later. Contact their customer service email the same day as the item was received to arrange a return since it did not work, if it does at all, with the phone to which I attached it. Response by email was that the 30 day return window had closed. Called the customer service phone number on that email and was directed to a text link sent which took me to a site that does not even list the purchased item. Business appears to be a scam.

    A scam. I never signed up for anything. I bought something from another source. This company is using that information to charge me for a subscription to exercise equipment. I reported this to my credit card company.

    Can't understand WHY, HOW people are allowed to stay in operation doing the things they do after all the complaints. **** Amazon, the likes should NOT have people like THIS on their sites! I see the main thing that makes a person think is the YOUR PACKAGE IN BEING SHIPPED, it's only a CREATED shipping LABEL, the package is not even close to the ************ I saw what was going on, TOLD whomever if the package was NOT at the ** on the next day...CANCEL the order .( Email ) When you CALL( over, over) their number it's ALL agents are busy call back LATER, hangs up! I notified the **** of cancelling the order, asked for a refund. THEN got a email from moderntrend saying it'll be a week or so to be shipped. ORDERED from moderntrend, but SEE where the funds went to Modern Tech Sphere. Was charged a extra dollar for some type of extra shipping from ANOTHER somebody that WASN'T asked for. Was looking at the ORIGINAL shipping label created Dec 23rd saying shipped, ** says the package is NOT at the ** ...NOW says package is at the ** (Dec 31st) AFTER cancelling on the 27th. I basically don't like LYING, they can keep their heaters, especially seeing people saying they are JUNK!!! Don't think i'll be PAYING for any RETURNS for something they are going to ship ANYWAYS!!! THESE type people is causing pay pal Banks, everyone else PROBLEMS, should be SHUT DOWN!!!! For the c*** they're doing THEY should not have ANY recourse at all!!! 0 STARS!!!

    Ordered the plug in wall heaters. I think they might warm your hands, but no way more than that. Contacted company no help. These are worthless.

    Scammed. Sent faulty products and given return information- they refused then product and no refund- the product was 100% money back guarantee Horrible experience

    Run the other way! I sadly also fell for this scam. I ordered 1 drone with batteries and a carry case plus expedited shipping. Received confirmation immediately and promptly received a tracking number that never went anywhere. I have called and emailed several times and I have not had any response. I wish I would have looked at these reviews prior to placing an order. I would have left 0 stars, but this site doesn't let you leave 0 stars.

    I would give it a zero if I could. I also ordered 2 drones and immediately I got a shipping label notification. I unfortunately fell for the upsell of 2 batteries 2 cases and priority mail cost. I have called multiple times and emailed constantly. I paid through PayPal so hopefully by filing complaints thru their website to try and get my money back. I have found out now that they do business under multiple names not only Brownstone. I didn't even know the name Brownstone until I went to file a complain with PayPal, I thought it was I modern trend, imoderntrend.com DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You will be in the same situation as all that have written here. Not 1 review above a 1.BUYERS BEWARE BE VERY VERY AWARE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
