  Ordered humidifier. We called company to ask where this is from and was told **********, which is not true. It comes from *****. Company cannot be reached after order is placed. Kept getting *** notifications about shipment. Received 2 separate notifications that the product was delivered on two different dates. This is bogus. Never received and had my credit card charged the day I ordered Credit card company is handling this! Beware!

  Ordered they sent a tracking number and that's it. I paid extra for a 2 to 3 day delivery and **** has been waiting on package to arrive so they can start the shipping process. The tracking number was sent to me at 3:45 am the 24th and I haven't heard anything else. I'm thinking it's a fraud and after today will start my complaint with the BBB. Sad very sad

  Sadly, I too fell for this scam. Only order through reliable places like Amazon that sell the same products. I knew better. It was a pop up ad with a big sale. At check out it immediately tried to get me to order another product within a 5 minute time limit. I did not. I had to call the company which uses a variety of names (I trends, Top *********************************** Life), to see why the shipping label was printed day one & a week later - no product. I asked for a refund,but they said they couldn't because the shipping label was printed (hence why it was since day 1). After complaining enough, I did receive the product a week later. Whether it works, I don't know as it was a gift. A month later, I receive an additional charge for $39.99. I did get through to their "customer service" but they wouldn't tell me what the charge was for because I wouldn't provide them with any additional information other than my name - which he said he had on his screen. I had already been in touch with the bank when I saw the pending transaction. So now it's the hassle of a bank dispute & closing out my card & getting another one.

  Shop modern life trend heater What a joke. I ordered the special on 3 for ******. Save your money and go to your local superstore and get one there. * I ordered and paid for 3- I received 1 * The directions are difficult to understand * The device is junk! SUBPAR * Apparently this company is known for sending 1, which is tracked, and then insisting that they have proof that I received my package, keeping the other two and never sending. * On their website they show all wonderful reviews, but you are not able to actually write a review and leave it. Is it possible to leave a negative star.

  I have the same situation reported by others here. When looking at the product and trying to find out shipping cost and timing, a pop up offered other products. I tried to get around it but couldn't so closed the transaction. To my surpise, I get a message from PayPal charging for the purchase and a message from the vendor saying my item had shipped. I tried to contact the business via phone and email unsuccessfully - the email gets returned and voice mail never returned. I checked the shipping information and it said the label had been placed but the item was in *********** - this is about 10 days after receiving the message of shipment. I put a hold on my **** and finally received an email saying they were shipping the item. This was a birthday present with the birthday long past so I email back that, as my previous emails said, I don't want the product. The email bounced back again. This is clearly a fraudulent business and people should be warned.

  Do NOT attempt to do business with this organization. The products are shoddy and there is NO way to communicate effectively with them. Their emails and calls go unanswered. If you wait long enough on the phone eventually they will simply dump you out. I'm very disappointed in the product I finally received after weeks of trying to get a response. Now I want to return the merchandise and can get no response from them about the process for doing that. I wish I could give them a rating lower than one star. They deserve none.

  I went to the sight to check out their drone ad. I added 2 drones to my cart which automatically popped up a page for extras and I selected no thanks. I went to the cart and it sent me to my PayPal page. I did not have a chance to authorize the transaction as the webpage timed out.. I started over 4 times and the same thing happened. I was never sent to a authorize transaction or an order approved page. I gave up and decided to not pursue a purchase because it seemed their website was broken. Within an hour I received 5 PayPal notifications of orders. Not only was I billed for 5 separate orders, I was billed for shipping twice when they advertised free shipping. I immediately called the ** # and it was not working. I emailed the ** address and received an immediate automated message but never heard back. I continued to call the next 2 days. I got through one time and was able to leave a VM but got no return call. I was sent tracking info that the drones were shipped but it was a broken link. I finally heard from ** visit email and it gave an address to return the items at my cost. I am fighting the charges via PayPal but I want this company shut down so others do not go through what I am going through. This is a scam and should not be allowed to continue unless they fix their selling practices and website hacks

  Placed an order for a Brite Beam Headlight on 10/19/22, and supposedly it was shipped the next day on the 20th (at least that's what they told paypal), but tracking only shows that a label was created and that the item wasn't actually with the postal service yet. After waiting almost two weeks and still not having receiving it, I tried contacting them via email on 11/1/22 to make an inquiry but never got a response. On 11/4/22 I called their # and the person who I spoke with told me that the item was actually sold out at the time that I had placed my order ( then why in the h*** did they continue to allow orders to be placed?), and to call back next week to check on the status of the item. I called them back on 11/9/22 and it took forever to finally get a hold of someone. An initial voiced wait time of 2 mins became 5 mins which in turn became *********************************************** They most likely just wanted to frustrate me and was hoping that I'd just give up and go away, but I didn't. I kept calling back like 3 or 4 more times and was finally able to get a hold of someone. The lady that I spoke with claims that they just received a new batch of the headlamps, and that I should be receiving my order within a week. Against my better judgement (I'm getting scam vibes) I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and wait the additional time. I just hope that I don't end up regretting it.

  I ordered 2 camera light bulbs from this company. One was damaged and I have to send it back and I have to pay for shipping! Dont do business with them!! I cant get the other light bulb to work either. I wish I had looked at reviews first! Bad business.
