    I had the same false advertising experience as ****************:They have a commercial in between ******* videos that sell a lighter that needs no fuel. Just runs on electricity for $49.98. I bought one. When it came all it was is a big lighter that runs on butane. Not electric.

    Modern Life Trend is a fraudulent outfit. The air filter I received was at best a ***** miniature no name facsimile of the ****** one I supposedly ordered. They have been jacking me around on a refund. Sent it back on my dime. Seriously, whoever it is running this company needs needs to be caned or horse whipped

    On website, ordered one drone, promotion ordered two with free shipping then decided to back up, which was not an option. Thinking that I could review in order basket (WRONG) that wasn't an option. Order went through, credit card immediately charged. E mailed immediately to cancel order. They offered to correct my order and extend an additional discount (weekend) Monday I had not heard and again requested to cancel. Received email with original mis order 4:**** on Monday. Cancel Tuesday before 6am. Email received telling me I could not cancel because it had been shipped! Sent another email advising that I would be contacting my credit card company and possibly the Attorney General.Now that I see the BBB site it all makes sense!

    I recently ordered the Brightfire 100% fuel free torch lighter based on the ** commercial that advertised it. What I was sent is a butane lighter...looks similar but definitely not what I ordered. I emailed the company with no responce. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

    I ordered the self-adjusting glasses. They do not work and I need the cost refunded.Order#******* $29.99 plus shipping $8.99 ($38.98) $ 9.99 (Don't know what this charge is for)I charged this on my *********** credit card.     It is a SCAM. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PRODUCT. Now I just want a refund. This was a scam! They advertise a rechargable electric lighter and ship you a butane lighter with a refill port that does not work! I contacted them and this the response I received via email.:Thank you for contacting Customer Care.We are deeply sorry this has happened. Unfortunately, our lighters are really not electric and only work with gas.Its not the experience we wish to create for any of our customers and thank you for bringing it to our attention and allowing us to address it.The issue has been escalated however there are still some advertisements on ******* and we are doing the best that we can to resolve the problem.Should you want to keep the product, we can offer a 40% refund.We look forward to your response, let us know what you think.Have a wonderful day!Best ********************* I ordered it from an advertisement on the television.

    I ordered a pair of magnifying glasses and then learned they would not work for people with a high prescription. I would like to cancel my order before it is cleared through my credit card but I cannot reach anyone on the phone. I was also charged $9.99 for a charge to join their site as a member and i checked no to that question but was charged anyway. I sent them an email and a phone message telling them that I wish to cancel the order but no response. I do not trust anyone that charges me without my consent. Thank You
