    I got scammed by this business. False claims to save on electricity. I basically lost the money no refund yet. Save yourself trouble by not ordering from this company. I agree with all the bad reviews below.

    Sorry to hear you're not satisfied. You purchased 2 separate orders. You contacted our customer service on the 12th wanting to return. We offered you 40% partial refund and to keep the item, which you agreed. Below are transaction IDs for those partial refunds. The refunds take anywhere from 7-10business days depending on your bank.     I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered an Essential Air air purifier from this company for $125+ shipping. What I received was a $40(USD) piece of junk that came from an Amazon warehouse. I started a dispute with PayPal and the company (Brownstone) wanted to send me just 40% of total purchase price back. Scams

    I purchased what was advertised as a Bright Fire torch that is charged with usb for $49.98 plus $9.99 for shipping. It is butane torch no USB port. After buying some butane and filling it, can't even use the thing, it flames up at you on low setting. Lucky it didn't burn my face off. Buy the same kind of torch at Amazon for under $20. I want my money back!

    Ordered a drone from this company in March still have not received it and they charged my credit card and added extra charges .
