    Received my item very quickly. Item purchased is exactly as advertised. I am very pleased with this company.Im glad I didnt listen to the bad reviews. My experience has been excellent.

    I'm so upset with myself I've been waiting for my bracelet since the 5th of September. I have emailed them several times, with them saying it's on the way. I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered this is a ****** learned. Dirty dogs they will get there's in the long run.

    Terrible customer service. The bracelet is not worth the price. It is definitely a rip off. So sorry I made this purchase.

    I'm almost more upset with myself than I am with ************** I should have read the reviews. I saw what appeared to be a well crafted bracelet to send my grandson who is serving in the military. Not only does it look like the work of a kindergartner, the message to my grandson is on a tiny, thin card. I could never send this to someone I love. Ugh! Shame on me but shame on Savana for this scam.

    I ordered a bracelet for my son which arrived on time. However, I found the same exact product much cheaper in other stores (including Amazon with free shipping) and contacted Svana to return the bracelet. The offered me a 50% refund so I don't return it, which I accepted. Their products are not exclusive! Check Amazon before you buy from Svana, I bet you'll find the same item and much cheaper there.

    I didn't research this company before I bought my son a bracelet, I was waiting for it to arrive when I read all of these bad reviews. I am happy to report that I received the bracelet today, and it is what I expected it to be.

    Add my name to the list. I too should have read the reviews. DO NOT buy from this company. Unlike others I have gotten a response from them via email, however they are not addressing my issue and just talking in circles. I will be disputing the charge on my card until I receive the product and if it is as bad a I fear I will be returning it.
