    I ordered a bracelet, received a tracking number and it said it was delivered to *******! I live in ************ **. The only way you can contact them is by email. They have not responded to my three emails asking about my purchase. The lady at the post office said I either got a bogus tracking number or the wrong one. It says it was shipped and delivered to the same place! The one number I found for them, you call and nobody answers, not even a way to leave a message. It just rings. I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank, do not buy from this company. As you can see I am not the only one who has been taken.

    Horrible service, I told them that the bracelet was too small. They said return it and they would send me the proper size. That's been a month I have written 4 emails saying. Where's my bracelet with no reply?

    BUYER BEWARE! I placed a $180 order and they said it shipped. The **** site states they are currently awaiting package. 2 weeks later I reached out and asked for an update. SVANA stated a higher than normal volume, but assured me that it would be going soon. 1 week later I have asked to cancel the order. ******, ***** customer service, response was the order has shipped so when I receive it I can return it for a refund. Funny, **** tracking still shows the same tracking number and they are currently awaiting package. I have sent another email to their customer service about this, and have 0 response this time. *********************!

    Dont be taken! I order 2 granddaughter bracelets. The engraving was different than advertised. Nowhere does it say granddaughter or grandmother. They were generic and looked cheap!

    I was set to order because of all reviews were 5 stars. I try to always Google the company on BBB to see true reviews and am I glad I did. All were 1 star with multiple complaints!!!! Found out that the beautiful card and box doesn't even come with the gift bracelet!!!! Another $19.99 ish?????
    No way will I order from this company. Obviously the 5 star ratings on THEIR WEBSITE are fraudulent! Thank you to those who took time to post their complaints bc they saved me not only money but frustration!!!

    I ordered two bracelets for my granddaughters and a set of earrings for my daughter. The bracelets were ordered 2 weeks in advance along with the earrings for my daughter's birthday. They were ten days late and the box for the earrings is empty. I want to warn others to steer clear from this company. *********************.

    They advertise Arabic necklaces so I placed order in English wanting to come in Arabic, it came in English. They totally acted like I made the error, when the advertisement was for Arabic necklace. They refused to provide me correct necklace & were rude.

    ordered 5 bracelets with losing our Parents , for my Sisters and Myself. I have purchased here previous and did not have any issues. However, received notice shipment been sitting in ** since 4/24. Emailed several times and only received one response from my 1st email. I am requesting a full refund as the money was deducted immediately, $ ****** plus or please expedite my order. I will consider changing my star rating if the situation changes. If not, I will never shop Svana again. A shame as your items are Beautiful !

    Do not order from this company. They have terrible customer service. I ordered 2 bracelets and received 2 rings instead of the bracelets. I contacted them twice to no avail. I asked for a refund of the price difference and was sent a link which required a selfie with the product in order to get a refund. I am not sending a selfie, how stupid. Forget thg his place!
