    I had order 2 for my son's, I received them they were so small, they could fit a 6 or 7 years old I sent them back every thing that was in the box, I DIDN'T, received a receipt, but I sent it all back,I will go to the better business, I kept telling them to send my money to my account, they are ignoring me,I will not by anything from them again,and I advise no one else to

    I emailed them since my purchase in March. Ring is missing 2 stones and metal turns my daughter's skin green. They refuse to acknowledge the damaged ring. Wanted to lift my daughter's spirits. What a let down.

    Like so many others, I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. I have been waiting over a month for my order, I keep getting the run around. So far I have been sent two separate tracking numbers both are invalid. I have tried to get my money back, Svana **************** keeps saying the order has shipped. Do not trust this company. Do not order from them. They are not **********************.

    If there was a zero star that is what my rating would be!! This bracelet was intended to be shipped to my son before his son was born. The shipping description stated that it ships in 3-5 days, I ordered it September 17th and it is now October 12th and it still hasnt been delivered. And by the way, my Grandson was born a few days ago so much for the surprise gift. I have emailed Svana customer service countless amounts of times and they keep telling me its shipped. I asked for a refund, they wouldnt give me one.I went to **** tracking and it had finally arrived in my hometown and I went on again today and now it is in a city three states over. I have learned a valuable ********* I will never order another thing on the stores that pop up on ********* BUYER BEWARE!!

    I also should have checked this site before ordering. There is no number to call, that should have been the first red flag. Ordered 2 rings. A week later an email says they shipped but tracking link never worked. 2nd red flag. First link said US as courier then *** in second link update. Emailed saying link wasnt working. They sent another link that still didnt work and said they checked with their courier and it was on its way. I sent another email and they offered $10 refund for shipping. That was last week. Said it was on its way and they would send email update. Nothing. They signed email, Kind Regards and addressed me in email as ***, which is my email carrier, not my name. I think this company is not from CA, sounds like *****. Scam and calling my credit card company to refute charge and just emailed them to tell them the same. Dont order from them. Total scam.

    Company does not deserve even a "1" star. The bracelet I ordered does not have the inscription I expected from the company's description on ********* I e-mailed the company and they offered a 50% refund, which I did not accept. I returned the item to the company and sent them a copy of my postal receipt. They are still refusing to refund my money. I escalated my case to Paypal; however, there has yet to be a favorable resolution. I'm furious at my stupidity.
