      Way. com is purposefully deceptive they charged me without my permission $1.95 for many months, although I called them and they guaranteed to me that I will not be charged and now I see the other reviews they are doing it to all other people so I had to report them doing fraudulent transactions and I'm seriously considering hiring an attorney and charge them all the cost for the time taken from me to keep calling them and they keep purposefully charging me without my permission. I had to change my credit card number so I can stop them ....really shameful how they run this business ... never ever coming back to their service.

Please note that you have signed up for our Way+ Sapphire subscription plan as a trial version and received a confirmation email as well as another email with an option to cancel or continue using it before it becomes paid. We assume that both emails went unnoticed, so the subscription continued to charge you. However, as per your request we have cancelled your subscription with a refund and you won't be getting any charges in the future. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

      I reserved parking through the Way App for $44.84 with the understanding that the hotel would provide airport shuttle transport. When I arrived I learned that the shuttle would not be available to transport us to the airport and told that we should take an ***** I immediately called Way to cancel this service and requested a refund. They refused since I didnt cancel before my check in time; however I didnt know the shuttle would not be available. They absolutely refused a refund and now I see that they charged an additional $1.95 unauthorized charge to my card. This company is a scam.

      Oversold parking and would not let me know if the lot is already full. Got turned away and left me to find another parking at the last minute. Nearly ruined my flight and vacation. clearly this company doesn't take their core business seriously. Prepared to get screwed when booking with them!

      Im really sorry to hear about your experience. Its completely understandable how frustrating that must have been, especially with your travel plans on the line. We strive to provide reliable service, and its disappointing to hear we fell short. We are a third party booking company and do not operate the location physically, so the lot full issues are outside of our control. However I wanted to extend my sincere apologies for the experience that you had with our parking lot. You have already received a full refund for your reservation with Quality Inn SEA Airport Parking.Please note in the event you are turned away, make sure to check-out and leave the garage. ******************* a spot in a nearby lot.       We were extremely satisfied from start to finish. Upon disembarking our cruise, we bypassed hundreds of people and walked directly to the Way Parking van. Within 10 minutes, we were in our vehicle and on our way home.
