    I have bought a projector from this company. Inside the box there was a coupon for a Free Roku Streaming Stick+. I have reached out to company and they informed me that they will not ***** this promotion because it is expired and they forgot to take out the card out of the box. There is no promotion expiration date on the card Based on the client expectations if the coupon is in the box it have to be honored. I have tried to contact Vava but received no satisfactory response, they are just hanging up on me and saying there is nothing we can do. Also according to them there were several people who reached out with the same questions and they did nothing.

    I contacted Vava via email to discuss the warranty of the items which I purchased from online at Amazon Prime. They were two outdoor cameras that the date of purchase was January 18, 2021. After a few months of purchase I was able to extend the warranty via email with Vava. So I contacted Vava to explain that out of both cameras one does not want to charge. It shows power but the charging port looks rusted. The agent then stated that they no longer sell their products on Amazon that Amazon should be the one to help with the warranty. I told them I do not believe ***************** the warranty because it has been one year and half. Then stated the same that Amazon has to reimburse. I discussed that I had extended my warranty I believe they are the responsible party. Then after three emails they will not respond nor on their chat messenger online. I contacted Amazon and they state Vava is responsible. I tried to verify my warranty thru the camera app and it says their is no such account. I would think if a company with 5 star reviews would not have a problem to resolve my issue. An outdoor camera only to function only a year an half. All I want is them to acknowledge the extended warranty I submitted to them and abide by it.

    Baby Monitor purchased August 2020. Stopped working within a couple of months. First complaint filed April 2021 with Vava stating they would replace once monitor was received by them but they weren't expecting a shipment to come in until June 2021. This would mean being without a baby monitor for over 2 months. Monitor has constant issue of "poor connection" where we have to reset the camera on a nightly basis. This is unsafe and infuriating. I have complained again over the last few months and Vava pointed their fingers saying it had to be dealt with by Amazon. Amazon pointed fingers back saying this is a manufacturing issue and that Vava has to follow warranty. Vava has refused and told me I need to pay $180 for a new monitor and they won't help **** will file in small claims court if they do not resolve in next couple of weeks. This is unsafe for my child and completely unreasonable that they will not stand by their product and service and replace it.

    I purchased a VAVA baby monitor from Amazon in February of 2021. I began having issues with it because the display unit would no longer charge properly. After plugging it in for several hours, it would still have a low battery. I emailed VAVA customer support in April 2022 about the issue. They acted like they would help at first but later told me that even though Amazon was once an authorized reseller of their product, but because they no longer sell their product on Amazon that they would not honor the warranty. They claim that it is Amazon's responsibility to refund me for it, which is unheard of. The warranty is decided by the manufacturer, not Amazon and there is no way Amazon is going to refund me for a product that isn't theirs, especially after a year. I saw here that many other people have been scammed like this and VAVA isn't honoring their warranty. No wonder they have an F rating and 50+ complaints. I am currently notifying all other retailers of VAVA's BBB rating in an effort to have their product dropped from Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, etc. And filing a class action lawsuit.

    My monitor is broken. I have an email from Dec 2020 from **** saying I have a 30Month warranty. Now that I am trying to fuel a claim they are saying they cant help me and to call Amazon. They lied to me.. the email clearly says I have a 30 month email and they will not honor it after multiple calls.
