******** and ***** installed two heat pumps for us when our aging HVAC system went belly up. They struggled in our attic, dismantling the old and putting in the new for 3 days - pulling long hours (the last day they were here from 8:30 am til nearly 10 that evening to finish.) They were precise, with all the runs done cleanly and smoothly. Everything was done with the utmost care and consideration for, not only how well it worked, but for how it looked.They were never anything but friendly and respectful, while maintaining a sense of humor that I appreciate.We are immensely pleased with the work this team did, and the manner in which they went about their jobs.Would that all contractors were as conscientious and professional.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

Weve been experiencing cool air issues with our AC unit for several months so I called Lees Air. They came out the following morning to diagnose and inspect our AC system. After showing me the problem we agreed it was more cost effective to replace it. **** and ******** team literally started the replacement process a couple hours later when the parts arrived. They informed me they would try their best to get it done the same day but most likely it would be the completed the following day. They worked from about noon to 8PM and it was determined the work wouldnt be completed until the following day. Knowing we would be without AC that night, which was 103 degrees that day, Lees Air brought in a couple portable AC units in order for my family and I to more comfortable that night. Really appreciated!The work was eventually completed around 5PM the following day and I have to say the entire process was as smooth as can be. Their team was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable and they answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks again **** Air. Bring on triple the digits!Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

The technician was very thorough and did a great job. The office support was poor:1. A robot answers the phone, then a person will follow up, but not immediately. This is frustrating.2. My original appointment was a no show. I called and I was told someone had called in to reschedule and left a voicemail. This did not happen. Team was quick (2 days) replacement AC unit and a whole new duckboard system. Needless to say it was really fast and my house for the first time has consistent air throughout the house. Id recommend them because **** and his crew were super friendly, efficient, and were willing to work with us in handling the animals (5). My Airconditioner was not performing well and my daughter ****** had Lees Air Plumbing and Heating to her home recently they and performed an excellent job. So, Im lucky I listened to her.I met with **** of **** at 10AM, as my first face to face contact. **** was sent to trouble shoot and recommend corrective action I was so impressed with his knowledge as I knew a bit from my friend who owned an A/C service.But **** knew a h*** of a lot more, he answered all my questions and provided me evidence of my homes current situation. The evidence **** provide was pictures of name plate max **** on my unit PLUS screen shots of the actual amp reads on his Amp Meter. This spoke in volumes to me that this Company is square from my 32 years experience At PG&E.As I talked to **** face to face, we conference called with ******, who equally had credibility with me when he described the different equipment and payment options there were, helped me pick the best set up for me, get the financing secured and a crew scheduled. When I asked **** how many days for me to get a crew to my home and **** said **** had a crew coming to my house that day! Im blown away! This is a major expense for me, but it sure good knowing these guys were top notch to begin with! Then the crew showed up. ********* **** S **** E These men reported to my house at 1 PM and worked their butts the whole time they were here. They were all totally friendly, professional and like ****, kept me informed of status each step of the way and made sure I understood which I appreciated. They all showed they care, they were driven to get their work done, they knew what they were doing and in many way remind me of Marines I trained with ******* de Corps. They got the work done by 10PM and In sitting in my home thinking how stressed I was when this all began, how these great men from **** gave me hope theres some really good people still out there and **** got them on staff.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating
