    A package I ordered was supposed to arrive when I was home for delivery. I got an email that the package was arriving early. UPS took my money to redirect the package delivered to a nearby UPS store. Then the package was delivered to my house anyway. The customer service department was useless. If you have any other options for shipping a package, use it.

    I ordered a package on the 29th of June, I was told it would arrive on the 6th of July, and I was fine with that, the package had even arrived on the 6th, but as soon as the package arrived to the ******** outbound location, the momentum of the delivery stopped and I was now told I will not see my package until the 17th of July, if it even comes at that time. There is no reason why they should hold onto a package for 11 days so close to its final destination.

    You would think that as a business, customer satisfaction is a priority. But, from experience, I can tell that customer satisfaction is not ********************' priority. I paid for $19.99 for 1 business day shipping. My package was out for delivery on Friday July 5, 2024 and then 2 hours later was rescheduled for delivery on Monday July 8, 2024. I felt this was unacceptable especially when the package was already out for delivery. There was no attempts made to redeliver the package that day or on Saturday July 6, 2024. I have called their customer service 4 times to have a local facility to contact me so I can pick my shipment up. Every representative states they made the request and marked it urgent for the local facility in ***********, ** to contact me. I was never contacted. I spoke with a supervisor and he assured me he was going to call me back with updates. Of course, no call backs. I know to UPS I am just 1 out of 1 million customers, but you would think they want all their customers to be satisfied. Trying to get in contact with anybody at a local facility is a nightmare and it makes no sense. It's like UPS hold customers packages hostage. I wish we could choose what carrier you want your packages to be shipped through because I WOULD NOT choose UPS.

    I am having trouble with UPS. They lost my package. I filed a claim with UPS. They called me. Couldn't hear number. tried several times to contact them without success. I have an e mail saying no information so no results on tracking package. Can't talk to them and can't get them to fix it.... Very frustrating. Package ordered thru Amazon but sent thru UPS.

    UPS delivery man, today, called me "I guess this is why everyone thinks you are a f-cking a-shole. Okay, I guess I may get a picture of this a-s".The UPS delivery man, yesterday, called me a man and obviously not me. I was receiving a delivery of some makeup and I am a real woman and since I was wearing shorts and a tshirt he lewdly also called me a "woman or man dancing around in **** shorts like in underwear".What a dangerous group of delivery men who somehow got let into my apartment building even though I just went to the building door to get the packages and someone else randomly buzzed him in even though he was not that person's delivery man at that time!Never go out to meet a UPS man or woman underprepared to physically protect yourself from s-xual a-sault and battery.

    First two days, I was home waiting for my package. First day I was home, my package was supposed to come between 2pm-3:30pm but never arrived so I got another notification that my unit will come at 7pm. They didnt arrive until 7:30 but no one knocked on the door or rung a bell to alert me that they was at my home. They left a note on my door saying I missed the delivery but will return the next day. Second day, I left the same slip they left the first time on the front door, signing my signature to release my package on my front door. The time window they gave me was between 2pm-6pm. I get a notification that I missed the 2nd delivery and same thing, no knock, no doorbell rung, no alert. On the 2nd slip, it said a signature is required. If thats the case, why not mention it on the first slip. Its clear they didnt even try to make an effort to deliver the package. I made a mistake of using them the 2nd time so I will be more aware to never use ups again. They are completely worthless and clearly can do whatever they want without consequences. **************** is trash as well.

    Not only damaged but lost my package. It has been over 20 ********* is a NIGHTMARE getting this issue resolved. I just want a refund for: 1. the initial shipping I paid. 2. my package the damaged & lost. 3. the adjustment charges they keep making on my account charging me even more.One of the worst companies in *******, with customer service to match. DO NOT USE ********************

    I could give a minus zero star I would. It is impossible to speak with an actual person to get help with your issue. Not to mention the fact that we had (and paid for) a special delivery. It was late due to a mechanical failure whatever that is and there was no update beyond that even though I signed up for the deluxe version of the app for UPS. I felt so frustrated and angry with no recourse except for this review. In the future I will not rely on them for anything at all. I will go with the good old ***** Do yourself a favor and do the same.

    I paid extra for signature at delivery.UPS driver ignored and left package next door at an empty apartment.We also had it insured for a couple of thousands of dollars so they knew what was in there had value.Driver to lazy to double check the apartment number.This company doesn't care about their customers it is ridiculous.Won't use ever again !

    So many times ups has delivered my items to someone elses door. Identity theft is rampant and UPS doesnt help. You cant talk to anyone but a machine . So now someone has not only my items but my name and know where I live!!!!
