    I took the day off of work because my package requires a signature. Well, 4 hours past the delivery window I receive a message sorry we missed you. Thats not true because I was home and I have cameras. The UPS driver was in the neighborhood and he stated he does not have the package even though he shows it on his truck as well. So where is it? Also, the travel history updates do not show that they attempted the delivery. So I lost a day off from work and still have to figure out how to get my package tomorrow. Unreal, this company is a joke, and this isnt the first time.

    ****** claimed he/she was at my apartment. WAS NEVER THERE..I HAVE A CAMERA AND ALERTS ON MY PHONE WHEN SOMEONE RINGS MY BELL..UPS IS THE ******* WORST...DRIVERS SHOULD HAVE PUNISHMENTS FOR NOT DELIBERATELY NOT DELIVERING PACKAGES....

    UPS has set up their customer service auto attendant service in a way to dismiss their customers and displace the burden of customer support entirely in the customer. I will never choose ******************** unless things change.

    If I could give a minus zero star I would. It is impossible to speak with an actual person to get help with your issue. Not to mention the fact that we had (and paid for) a special delivery. It was late due to a mechanical failure whatever that is and there was no update beyond that even though I signed up for the deluxe version of the app for UPS. I felt so frustrated and angry with no recourse except for this review. In the future I will not rely on them for anything at all. I will go with the good old ***** Do yourself a favor and do the same.

    As a small business owner it is impossible to work with this company as they take your time. They give bad delivery times and there is no repercussion and no way to bill them.

    UPS ***************** Delivery I just want to express my utter dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the delivery of my package.- **Scheduled Delivery:** June 14th, between 11:45 AM and 3:45 PM.- **Initial Issue:** No delivery within the scheduled time frame.- **First Follow-up Call:** I called customer service and was assured the delivery would be made by 7:00 PM on June 14th. The delivery did not occur.- **Rescheduled Delivery:** The delivery was rescheduled to June 15th, within the same time frame (11:45 AM to 3:45 PM).- **Second Follow-up Call:** I called around 1:00 PM on June 15th to confirm the delivery. I was assured again it would be made that day.- **Subsequent Calls:** I called again at 4:00 PM, 5:45 PM, and multiple times afterward, and each time I was assured the delivery would occur that day. Despite these assurances, no delivery was made.It is now four days past the original scheduled delivery date, and the status on your website states, "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." This is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering I had travel plans the next day and will be gone for a week.Additionally, I signed up for text updates but never received any notifications regarding the status of my delivery.I find it appalling that a company of UPS's stature can mislead customers and fail to deliver on its promises without facing any consequences. This experience has severely damaged my trust in your services.**Desired Resolution:**- Immediate delivery of my package.- A formal apology for the inconvenience and misinformation.- Compensation for the delay and the inconvenience caused..

    These incompetent morons can't be bothered to actually attempt a delivery. I've been home all day when I check the tracking number apparently they tried to deliver but no one was home, expect I've been home all day and the driver didn't bother trying to actually deliver the package

    Impossible to get someone on the phone or when you do the response to a package that I dont believe was even attempted to be delivered is sent back to the sender and the agent tells you Oh well, theres nothing we can do. Completely unprofessional and aloof.

    Had a package shipped 2nd day air. After package was 5 days late we called and questioned the whereabouts of the package we were told it was safe and were promised a refund for our shipment after the package arrived. Once package arrived we requested refund and were denied of so, after the package was a total of 7 days late. We paid a $50 dollar upcharge to have it shipped quickly.
