    Im a partially disabled 81-yr old woman. Earlier this month I filed the form UPS requires to have parcels delivered to my front door. So far, 5 have arrived, but not one to my front door. Instead, two parcels, one a 65-lb. exercise machine recommended by my doctor, were delivered to my garage door16 stairs from my front door. The delivery person missed a $20 tip attached to the front door on that one. I had to pay a dayworker to move it. Id only intended to use the request for the 65 lb parcel, but now I will continue to request ALL parcels be delivered to my front door just to see how many drivers dont comply. So far, 4 other parcels, small & light-weight, arrived, in rain, unprotected, to my curbside mailbox, 100 from my garage & soggy cardboard when I got them (contents undamaged). ******* left beside my mailbox have been stolen. Perhaps the simple gate latch to my front yard is too complicated for these folks to operate or the drive up the driveway too far (much shorter than turning around in the cul de sac as they must!). Whatever the reason drivers dont comply with requests, its frustrating!

    This company should not be allowed to have such a terrible phone system. They have a robotic voice that intentionally gets things wrong to avoid having to route you to a person. Then, it just automatically hangs up on you! They are refusing to connect customers with representatives! This is easily the worst customer service I have ever received. They are openly telling customers to go f*** themselves by refusing to take their calls.

    Pay $220.88 on Monday for a package to be ship overnight, which would should have arrive on the follow day (Tuesday). Well the package arrive on Thursday, 2 days after what we paid. I request a refund of $176.83. Not only did they take $44.05 but they also cost me roughly $5000 because I my employee had to wait on the part to arrive to be able to do what he need in the other state, who could have left out on Wednesday if part arrive on Tuesday as they said it would. Well, when spoke with the person in charge of my claim they said that they are not responsible for consequential incidental damages. They really do give ***k about us being a small business. $5k is a big deal in a small company as the $176.83 is nothing but chump change to UPS.

    shipped a package from ************** was supposed to be delivered septemeber 30th. today is october 3rd. still no package.....been getting the run around by ups, calling their help service, on line help, and also been hung up a few times by their people. In other words no package and no help from ups. I also insured my package and they still refused to help. i had to leave a star just too post this, but they get no star from me

    Ordered an oven from Amazon, shipped to me via UPS, arrived and was completely destroyed, it honestly looked like someone kicked the front of the oven in and shattered all the glass on purpose, and one corner of the oven was completely dented in, obviously from a drop. Amazon allowed me to return it, but since its almost 100 lbs, I scheduled a UPS pick up for the return. well, whoever apparently came by, just walked right past the box that they instructed me to leave out in the driveway, onto the end of my porch and left the return label on the ground. I have 3 dogs and none of them started barking so whoever came was intentionally hiding and just didnt wanna do their job. the bos is clearly marked on the outside what it was and they literally walked past it twice and didnt touch it. Im avoiding using UPS for anything now. UPS is complete trash and i hope they go bankrupt.

    UPS gave my package to someone else and showing on their website that 'It delivered to me', They are not able to update their tracking system with correct information even though they agreed that they have delivered to wrong person.

    I bought a DVD from Amazon and it was shipped by UPS. It was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of July. I checked the status updates and it said it could not be delivered because my address was incorrect. My address was correct. It showed that they corrected the address which didn't need to be corrected in the first place. They claimed they made several attempts to deliver my package but each time I get the same response. They can't deliver because my address is incorrect. I even received an email from UPS stating my package would be delivered on Monday July 31st to my address but I never got it. I called customer service on August 3rd and asked them why my package could not be delivered. The lady who I talked to said they needed my apartment number. They already had my apartment number. But I still gave her my information and she then informed me it would be delivered the next day and they would call me regarding the delivery. No call and no package. I sent a message on messenger to them and I told them I was going out of town for the weekend but I wanted my package delivered by today August 7th. They informed they would and I still have not received it. I am completely fed up. They are the biggest joke. Aliens could have found my house and delivered my package by now.

    If I could give negative stars I would, and it is no surprise that it is Not Rated. UPS is the most horrific shipper I've ever dealt with.
    Rude drivers
    No sense of urgency or problem resolution from agents - anything that takes any effort, don't count on it.
    Falsification of records
    Delivery/tracking emails lie when your package hasn't even made it on the truck. I've been waiting for a bunk bed from Overstock.com for over a month, which my kids on the couch and an air mattress from clearing out the room for this bunk bed on the original date UPS was supposed to deliver it in June.
    When ordering something I specifically ask who the shipper is now - if its UPS I'll pay extra to go with FedEx.

    Over 3 months trying to get refund for a lost package and nothing. what a nightmare company. they customer service is terrible.
