    I haven't received the seeds that I ordered and paid for, if you don't send them soon the growing season is not going to last forever. Please send me the seeds or return my money.

    I ordered a Bonsai bowl and some Lotus seeds from USA Garden Center (USAGC) on/around 26 April 2025 after seeing advertisement on *******. The purchase price ($19.94) posted to my credit card on 27 April 2025. I received an email with a receipt (see attached) that clearly states the bowl and seeds as the purchased items. I also received some tracking info which I followed as I received the information. I received a partial order (seeds only) on 31 May 2025. The tracking info stated that the order was left in or around mailbox. My first thought was that a bowl would be too large for the mailbox. I checked at the mailbox but there was no box. I immediately replied to ***** and initially indicated that the order was not found but sent a second email after discovery that there was a small plastic envelope containing the seeds (see attached photo) that was left at the mailbox. The bowl was not delivered. ***** replied a few days later asking for shipping receipt and statement of what was missing. I complied with that request. I alerted ***** from the start that the bowl was not delivered. I have sent them two emails since but feel that ***** is engaging in a stone wall effort hoping that I go away. The last email sent from me clearly stated my perception and stated that I planned to document the situation with the BBB. I feel that I have been scammed out of just shy of $20. I also do not feel that ***** intends to remedy the situation (deliver the bowl as committed in the first place). I am a retired civilian employee who worked for the ***/*** for 34 years. I am also married to A US Army nurse, non-active.

    I did not receive my rose seeds I ordered, it's been over a month and no delivery, I want a refund credit back to my account

    I ordered something it only cost $10 the shipping costs like $20 I waited almost 2 months never received my product never received anything they told me it was delivered and I did not receive anything they scammed me and they told me that they are nothing they're going to do about it I want my money back I don't even want the product now I want a full refund or I want them in jail

    I ordered the product they have since sent me multiple offers for me to spend more money, but they have not acknowledged shipment of the product. They donot respond to my text message.

    Ordered 6 Brazilian Good Fortune Wood Logs. Supposed to include Buddha figurines, did not come. All logs had mold and mildew and after 4 weeks still have not sprouted. I paid $129.94 and the company offered me $25.98 reimbursement. I received five totally useless, moldy, mildew dead logs. I want full refund

    Ordered planters the end of April and the product came around July 15th. I had requested a refund but instead they shipped out a new shipment. It's too late in the season to use now. I wish to return product and get a refund.

    I ordered these seeds February 26th 2024 I just received them today. March 22nd. These are supposed to be 1 pound bags of seeds, as you can see that by the pictures, they're about the size of a ************* piece. I have a quarter in the middle of the bags to show you how small they really are.
