    Ordered 3 packages flower seeds early January 2024. Planted in my greenhouse upon arrival using normal procedures. These seeds are 100% dead. I have had a garden and or greenhouse for about 70 years and know how to start seeds.

    This company is not *** based as they claim. Upon ordering, I received a tracking number from Chine. It also appears as though a lot of the products listed on their site are photoshopped images of plants that do not exist in real life. The phone number I was directed to call lead to a person trying to sell me medical equipment, and any attempts to email get a bounce back email stating that the email cannot be delivered due to a virus.

    Hi! I ordered 2 pair of garden clogs on 11/26/2023. I have yet to receive them and have sent several inquiries via emails, regarding the status of my package. The tracking number that was given to meshows that the package was successfully delivered to *********, ****** on 12/17/2023. This is a problem as I do not live in ******. I live in ***********************. These shoes were a Christmas gift for my daughters. I do NOT want to do any further business with this establishment as they do not appear to be reputable nor responsive to their customers. I would just like a refund from them of $88.93. I have emailed them 3 times and tried to call their given phone numberonly to be given a different numberand no one answers. The number given, just continued to play advertisements, from other companies, as you sit and wait for someone to answer your call. No one ever answers. So, after 45 minutes-60 minutesI finally gave up and hung up. I have put in a complaint with PayPal as well as here at the BBB. I wish I had looked on the BBB PRIOR to ordering from this company, as I am now seeing that this is an on-going issue with them. ?? As I stated earlier, I would just like a refund of my payment from this company. Sincerely, ****

    Purchased flower seeds by credit card November 2023. for pruning shears and flower seeds, received the shears, but I have not received the flower seeds. I have reached out numerous times with no response from this company and the phone number given on their website is not a valid number. It's interesting they still email me offering huge discounts if you purchase more. I'm simply looking for a refund. they reply from ************************************* and ask me to reply on ********************************************************, but without any solution. Looks lie a fake marketing of flower seeds. If they do not plan to send the flower seeds they should return the amount..

    I placed an order with the USA garden center with my child. The website looked legit with a ************* physical address and so on.After waiting months, there is no order. The tracking slip indicates it's going from ***** to *****. Further emails (for advertising future sales) after the one(confirmation of shipping email) lists the company as located outside *******.     I am filing a complaint against USA Garden Center. I ordered seeds from them on June14th. I have not received the product, they have not responded to my emails, and the tracking link that they sent does not work. The date of the transaction is Jun 14, 2023, the company sent me a confirmation email and notification for shipped product. The link to track my shipment at 17Track.net does not work. The order numbers are ***** and *****. I sent them an email informing them of the non-working link. They have not responded, nor have I received my order. They still send me email newsletters and text messages with coupons using the number 1-833-569-0232, without contacting me about my order. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC, this place needs to be shut down, I think it is a fraudulent business.

    On April 25, 2023, at 1009 hours, (Eastern standard time) I placed an order for Hosta Seeds From USA Garden Center, totaling $36.24. The purchase order number is 39065 and was paid in full with my Visa card. On May 17, 2023, at 14:44 hours (Eastern standard time) I received a confirmation from a delivery company Yahweh (17 Track/Tracking #UH*********YP), stating that my Hosta Seeds had been delivered as of this present time, nothing has been received from this company. I have cameras positioned around the perimeter of my home and no delivery company has arrived at this date and time with any packages from this company. I am looking to just receive a refund to my credit card and hoping these individuals will be put out of business for false advertisement. I will be forwarding a picture of the tracking information and the order information. I have made numerous attempts to contact this company and they just politely tell me they will get in contact with me and they never do. I am hoping you will be able to assist me in a monetary refund to my credit card. Your assistant will be greatly appreciated.

    The date of purchase was 02/09/2023 i attended purchase hota seeds for $24 i had try reaching out to Usa Garden center with no response i finally received what i thought was my order al that was in the shipping envelope was a small piece of paper thanking me for my order
