    These seeds shipped from overseas, which may be illegal. Their website lists a US address which is misleading. Also, it seems this is not what I ordered. The photos on their website are also misleading. See attached photo of what I really received.

    Placed 2 separate orders for seeds, about 2 weeks apart, but neither order came in. Reached out 3x via email (no phone number) to get an update but the business never responded.

    I placed an order on 19 feb 2023, for some yellow Petunia seeds. Total cost was $9.93 for tax and shipping and everything. After order was done I got an email showing this. then I got another email showing that they are charging me for (Expedited Shipping or Product Insurance) another $9.98 which I did not order or even ask for. I've been trying to email them and contact them everyday BUT they will not answer me so I can get that money back. I ordered standard shipping 3-5 days. Which was part of my $9.93. This is definitely one place I will never order from again. ALL I'M DOING IS TRYING TO GET BACK MY $9.98 THAT THEY STOLE FROM ME.

    On 2/3/2023 I placed an order for seeds and paid $105.80 to; AN & Associates Co. Inc. also known as USA Garden Center, **** S ****** Avenue, Fresno, Fresno County, CA *****. I received tracking information from the company which is completely false. I have written the company with no response. I am hoping that the BBB can get resolution on this matter.

    Placed order for Ornamental " Bunny Tail" grass seed 1/9/23. Received product 2/7/23. Order that arrived was 2 packets of Koi ( yes, fish food) food. Contacted this company: 1st complaint gave me a 24 hour response and to give them 1-2 days for review ( message actually came from another source other than USA Garden Center. )
    Then again 3 days later( and this e-mail went to a "sock" company.... reported them to PayPal and they requested until I wait until 3/1/23 and file complaint ( after I have basically waited one month for my " correct" original order.
    Seems a little "odd" that USA Garden Center fronts " sock" retailer.... suspicious

    I ordered flower seeds from this company that’s supposed to be in California. Come to find out they aren’t in California. I emailed to ask for a refund and call. I have gotten no response for email and the phone number just has a busy signal. I still haven’t received what I ordered. The Tracking number they gave me says it can’t be verified.

    Ordered shoes for 55 dollars a month ago and still waiting. Sent multiple emails with no response. Get a busy signal when call the customer service. Feeling scammed!

    I placed an order on 01/13/2022 for $15. I never received an order confirmation, so I reached out to the company via contact email. Never heard back. Finally, I received an email with a “tracking number” that was completely invalid. Now, it’s been a few weeks and there has been so signs of life from this fake business.

    Ordered Seeds November 11. December 3 still nothing and they have ignored multiple emails regarding this transaction.

    On 07/17/2022 I placed an order for potato seeds in the amount of $9.45 to the company and it showed up on my bank statement as Comfygardenclogs. I have tried to reach them through email and they will not reply. I would like to get my money back on this purchase because I never received my order. I have read all of the complaints online and realize that I have been scammed.
