    Just recently got my roof and insulation done I recommend them the project manager **** was awesome he explained everything helped us out with any questions and was professional. They work with your budget to give you the best price.

    AB Renovations did a great job with the paint job they did on my home. The painters that did the job were very polite and answered all of our questions. ****** and **** the project managers were awesome, answering all questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Called the following day to address a concern and ****** immediately sent over the painters to resolve the small issue. Look forward to working with them again in the near future.

    This company stripped the roof on the house and garage on March 3, 2023, left it bare for a week and on March 10 it poured nearly all day. No one called to check on the house and on March 11, parts, chunks really, of the ceiling fell in the dining room, living room and in a bedroom closet. Water was pouring by the bucketful in another closet. Every single light fixture in every room was dripping or leaking water. The whole house was damaged. My elderly aunt and I have been exposed to asbestos because of this. The company did a shoddy job and used non energy efficient materials.This has been a nightmare.

We're responding to your recent complaint. We have determined we previously addressed your concerns and did not find enclosed any new information that would change our response.We want to first and foremost make clear that we are aware of the frustration this type of situation may cause you and your family. There more we want to make it very clear that we are here to hear and help as much as possible to solve any situation and that we have never declined any type of solution for this or any other. Our communication with every client and in every instance is constant and forward, we had updates for ********************* and kept our communication constantly. We also made it very clear that the city has its own process, and that it was impossible to speed up the procedure. We are a licensed business, and we must follow city laws and permits to conclude business, every city works differently. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather, but we are certain that the roof wasnt left it bare We can also assure you that all our materials are of the best quality and energy efficient. We can provide a chronology of communication and dates of process with *********************. We want to do our very best to deliver on time frame but in this business at times with permits or weather seasons this can cause or put some delays throughout the process of contract.Once again, we apologize for the frustration this has caused. We are open to discussing this further, please call us at **************. Wed greatly appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
