I took my Georgia real estate exam 7/5/2022. I failed by one point but due to being in the military you receive 5 points (veterans preference points). I sent in all of the required documents directly from the military and 5 months later PSI is still giving me the run around. They are trying to frustrate me to the point I PAY them and retake the test. They just want the money! This is an illegal business practice! It's shouldn't take over 5 months to revelries paperwork sent directly from the military showing that I'm currently active and have been for the past 4 years. Horrible company to do business with and the Georgia Real Estate Ballard as well as and others state need to find another company to contract with. When you call not one person speaks English and they place you on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time! They are not able to let you speak to management either. This company practices illegal business practices. They are costing me time and money. Over 100 emails and calls to this company over 5 months and not one competent person.Business Response

The testing candidate does not qualify for Veteran's Points. PSI confirmed that the DD214 received only indicates 6 months of active duty. Per candidate handbook; Candidate may qualify for veteran's preference points if honorably discharged veteran with at least one year of active duty, who served at least 90 days during wartime.

I recently passed the state portion of my real estate exam for the state of Kentucky, however I failed the national portion slightly. I tried getting online ti schedule my exam to only take the national portion since it's not necessary to take state, and the website would not allow this. I called December 5th, and a rep rescheduled my test for me and he was supposed to remove state and did not. I just realized this, and called today (12/12) to correct this and get state removed as my test is Wednesday. I took off work for this, and they cancelled my exam and refunded me the money but in order to reschedule they have to have me pay the fee again and schedule it correctly this time. We tried on the phone but the exam fee they refunded me won't be on my card until 2-3 business days so my card declined to pay for the new test. So now I have to miss my exam which I took off work for, when this is their mistake. One guy got tired of dealing with me, kept saying manager is on another call and transferred me to another girl who hung up on me and sent me to the phone survey. Then I called back and they said they were in a meeting and call back in a few hours. HORRIBLE customer service. I shouldn't have to miss my exam over their error. I want to keep my refund and get my test scheduled immediately since this was not my mistake. Mind you, I was upset but kept my cool over the phone and they refused to let me speak to a manager.Business Response

proctor cosmetology test in grand rapids Mi on Nov 21st. ************** (my daughter) was marked absent even though she was there and took the test. we haven't been able to get the results of the test that she took because of the "absent" status. the site won't let us schedule a new test and abi only have 12 days before her year deadline is up. we've spent so much time battling PSI for test results as this is the second time her results have been lost. this. is beyond frustrating!!!!!Business Response

PSI administers the Indiana Real Estate Exam (Candidate ID ***********). There was an issue with my file, not allowing me to schedule the state portion of the exam and for some reason it was not included during my test. I have already passed the National portion. Their online dashboard will not allow me to schedule until they update the file. However, I can't get this company to email me back or update the file. After multiple calls and emails, they either say wait a day or "They will call." It has been 2 weeks for an issue that reasonably should have been resolved in several business days. After studying dozens of hours to pass this test, it's unbelievable this company would take so long to remedy the issue as this effects people's livelihoods.Business Response

Terrible terrible is the only description I have for them!!!!
I had a very bad experience with them when trying to get my exam to be launched and working. I had technical difficulties during the test. The proctor was not responsive to help and terminated the test when phone was taken to call technical support, the proctor terminated the test. There was no negotiation and I lost my chance of taking the test that day through no fault of my own.
Technical support and customer service were not helpful with this issue and the proctor was unable to be reached. I will not recommend taking an exam with PSI to anyone! I will also contact the BOC and let them know of my experience.Business Response

This business has 1 star reviews on all review platforms, and I found out why. They don't reply to any emails. The customer service clerks are extremely rude and degrading.
The website wouldn't let me login for days, and I needed to reschedule. Due to their website not working, obviously I couldn't reschedule. Now they want me to pay all over again since I didn't reschedule. It seems systematic to me, and based on all the reviews, I'm not the only one that thinks so.
They still to this day haven't replied to any email that I sent to 2 addresses on their website.
Then I called and they acted like it was my fault that their website wasn't working.
They have a 2 day reschedule policy and I tried before that. I even emailed them before that. And totally got ignored.
Honestly I thought public businesses had more decency, more respect, more honor than to do this kind of stuff. I thought there were laws and rules stopping this from happening?Business Response

******************* I need someone to speak with PSI Exam Company about my *** exam, I am studying for **************************** exam. I have taken this exam 7 times. Every time I call to set an appointment to take my exam their server is down. Every time I call, I cannot get a copy of my exam. No, I don't want to see the test score. I want a copy of my exams that I have felled to use as a study guide. Every time I have taken the exam I have to pay $86. for this test. I have also explained to PSI when I call them who ever made this application for the exam. They should be able to prove me with my felled exam I feel I have passed this exam. But with their server always being down. I feel it's not processing my exam correctly. I need someone from the**** to look into this for me. I cannot understand why I can not get a copy of the test I have felled. PSI can take my money when I sign up for the test, Don't understand why the cannot proved me with my felled exam. Its not about the money. Its the fact that I feel I have pass the exam. Each time have call to set up the test they say please call back in 2 hours our server is down. Are you serious. I am getting sick and tired of taking this exam Here are the dates on my exam first exam 7/1/222, test 2 7/13/22, test 3 8/1/22, test 4 8/15/22 thats test i had to move because when I went to take my exam the server was down at the testing site. The fact that i have taken this test 8 times. Which is mind blowing. Studying. Every week since june 1. Knowing I am answering tue question right. Now after taken the test on 11/21/2022. Has been showing I have one miss wrong answer every time I've taken his test it's always showing one miss wrong answer please help me understand that every time I'm taking this test to have one miss wrong answer at the top of the screen and I've answered all 120 questions correctly. That one that's wrong answer could be stopping me from passing. And every time I've called PSI to set my test up their servers are always done it's always something disturbing is down please call back in 2 hours. Its ridiculous but I see how business works

I took the online NY Health Insurance exam on November 14th, 2022 and as of today I haven't received my test results. I've been calling them twice a week since the day of my exam and no one has been able to help me get them.
According to them, they already emailed me my results and have been emailing them on several occasions ever since which is a lie, and I know for a fact that there isn't any issues with my gmail account. I've also made sure that they're not been sent to my spam box and also confirmed with a customer service assistant that the email that they have from me is correct. I'm extremely frustrated because my career was jeopardized because of how irresponsible and unprofessional this company is.
Their customers service is just the worst; it sounds like their employees are all reading the same script and are simply useless and simply don't care about their client's concern. They told me that my case have been "escalated" (whatever that means) and that I should receive an email within 3-5 business days but this never happens. They are also unable to transfer me to any other department that can actually assist me with this.
I just can't believe that after putting my trust and expending my money with this company they are allowed to do this to their clients and get away with it.Business Response

This company has been giving me the exact same response since November 17th, that they will email me my test results but this never happens and I don't believe that thing time will be any different. I need them, to either send me my test result or give me a full refund for the service that they never provided since receiving my test results was part of that service which they refuse to give me as a client.

I took my hvac/r limited journeyman test a few weeks ago. It was very important to me to pass that test. There is a candidate bulletin they tell you to look at to prepare you for the test, basically the rules and regulations, what's to be expected, etc. My exam was an open book test. In the candidate bulletin it say "reference books can be later editions, code books have to be the editions listed." And then it proceeds to list the approved material.
Modern refrigeration is a reference book listed. Specifically it says Modern refrigeration 19, and 20th edition and then it provides a link to get the book.
The link brought me to the 21st edition of modern refrigeration. So upon investigation I found that the 21st edition is the only edition sold on the PSI bookstore. And it says approved and applicable and my state was on there. They gave me a link to a book and then denied me access to it in the exam. They didn't give you an option to buy the 19th or 20th the only one they sell is the 21st.Business Response

Around July 6, 2022, the Georgia Real Estate Exam was taken in which I scored a 99. However, I am eligible for 10-point preference due to my current 100% disabled vet status. Which would put me at the 109-score needed. I immediately mailed my documents the score sheet given the day of the exam to address on PSI score sheet also given and ensured I placed a tracking. The tracking status says the documents arrived at PSI on July 11, 2022 and were given to the front desk.
A few weeks passed and I decided to reach out to PSI to try to receive a status update or something in which I initially got the run around. I was also then told they never received documents and I needed to resend them. I called back and finally was able to get in touch with someone in the customer care team after I was advised by the Georgia Real Estate Board to do so. I was then informed that I do qualify for preference, and I need to resend documents. I spoke to ************* in the customer care department who informed me that she reached out to the processing team, and they wanted me to email the documents instead. The documents were then emailed to ***** and then forwarded to the processing team. I was informed that I meet requirements and updated score sheet would be sent the following day.
However, it is now December 2,2022 and have yet to receive anything from the PSI processing team. I've attached the latest email traffic of me following up and the responses that I received during this entire time. It has now been a total of 5 Months plus and counting. I was initially told processing takes 6-8 weeks in which I totally understand the processing time. However, it has now been well over the processing time.
This has caused me a great deal of disappointment and frustration. I've done everything on my end possible. All I want is my updated score sheet so that I can get my start new career.
Any help that you can provide regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.Business Response
