      I was scheduled to take my test on Saturday Sept 17, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. I arrived and walked to the door at 1:35 p.m. The only reason why I was 5 minutes late is because there is construction in that area and there was a accident in the one lane they have available causing me to sit for 45 mins in traffic and I still maintained to get there at 1:35. This would have been my 3rd time taking this test. I am on time ALWAYS and I have been in that testing room with people walking in way after the time. Also, where does it say on the site if you are 5 mins late they lock the building and you can't come in? There was no number to call, I had to call the PSI scheduling line. I talked for a good 10 minutes with no solution.. then a supervisor tells me she will call me back and that the building should not be locked. I never heard back from the supervisor. I even emailed the email address they gave me with no response. They took my money and put I was absent for the test. I am beyond ****** because I don't see anywhere that is you are 5 mins late you cannot get in.. I wasn't even able to get to the testing room.. the entire building was locked. It was two other people outside with me.

      I have taken the PSI real estate test 4 times. This company is such a scam. Three of the attempts, I was off by one point. Their program's buttons sometimes block key components to the questions, making it a guessing game. They are going to make me guess, then fail me by one point on three different occasion just so they can get another $53?? How is this legal?

      June 20,2002 I sent my documents that I needed to apply for veteran's points. Which included my ***** and my score sheet. On June 23,2022 my important documents arrived at its locating Olathe, KS at 9:42am and was received by someone named White. The tracking number I received is ******************. I reached out to PSI customer service numerous times, just for them to tell me I have to wait 8-10 weeks. Remind you it's been well passed 8-10 weeks.I also emailed a person named ************** and he/she responded back to me saying, that he/she received a response from their internal department and informed me that my veteran's points report will be mailed on Friday, August 11th via UPS to be received early next week. As I stated before it is now September and I've been reaching out continuously just to keep receiving the same response or no response at all. I am extremely worried that my important documents are lost. I even asked if they can send me another tracking number or any confirmation that my documents are not lost. Especially since Allen said I should've received everything that following week. I also checked the tracking number that was provided for me by UPS and it still says my documents are still at the Olathe, KS location... that they received on June 23, 2022 at 9:42am. This is causing me a lot of unnecessary stress and worry.. especially that I have a really important document with my personal information on it. Can someone please help me???

      On August 28th I took my WA Broker's License Exam through PSI. In their computer system, an error occurred in which I was marked absent and my exam results were inaccessible. My test proctor called PSI, filed an "Incident report" and was told I needed to call PSI's support line the next day to access my score. Within the last two weeks I have called this number seven times. Each time, I've spoken with a different person, and have been told that my issue has been "escalated" within their "internal department" and I need to wait 1-3 business days for an email with my exam results. On the 31st, I was transferred over to explain my problem to a woman who told me she was in a higher position than those who answered the support line. She told me if their IT department was unable to recover my results, that PSI would pay for my next exam. Today, September 12th, I called to try and talk with her again, I was told that there was no number listed for me to get transferred to. I was also told that I now should wait 3-5 business days for an answer. Each time I have asked for a way to reach their "internal department", I am told there is no way for me to contact them. This has also all been over the phone. Phone calls, unlike email, do not provide me with documentation or an ability to follow up with the same associate. Instead, I have been taking notes myself and keeping my managing broker informed of the issue.

      I am a licensed realtor in the state of Massachusetts. I am trying to get my license in the state of New Hampshire. The process involves filling out an application and sending it to the state of New Hampshire with a check for $155, which is the fee PSI charges for the exam. The next step is PSI send you a confirmation email with the code and a link to schedule the exam. The code is needed to schedule the exam. I accidentally deleted this email so I called the state of New Hampshire to ask what to do. They said to contact PSI. I attempted to call PSI during normal business hours but sat on hold for 20 minutes. Within the hold message, they gave an email and asked you to email them with issues. So I did, sending specific details as above. The reply back clearly misunderstood my message and just sent the link in which to schedule, but not the code. Upon asking them for the code or to simply resend the email, I was given this message back and please note, the phone number in this email is incorrect. "Upon checking here you need to be eligible first before you can take your exam. You need to contact the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission **************"

      As I have indicated, I am eligible, I have paid the fee, they sent me the confirmation email with the needed information and all I need them to do is resend it. Why is this so difficult? I only have until November 11 to take my exam. After that, I will have to do the process again and pay another $155. Which I should not have to do since this is not my error, unless accidentally deleting an email makes me liable to paying twice, which I do not believe it does.

      All I want from them is somebody to resend the email with the code and the link to book my exam and I will be on my way. Thank you.

      On September 1st, 2022, at 9:33 am I had a 22-minute-long phone conversation with a customer service representative at the Washington State Real Estate Licensing and Testing services for PSI as directed to do so when scheduling for a licensing exam. I am currently employed and licensed as a home inspector in the state of Oregon, seeking my license in the state of Washington. In order to do this, you must complete a series of tasks directed by the state in order to qualify for the test necessary for licensing. This testing is facilitated through PSI services. On this day, I spoke with a rep who said I must first provide payment of the state testing fee of $125.00 in order to proceed with scheduling. I provided my credit card information and payment was processed. The rep then proceeded to tell me there was an error showing up and that I would need to contact the state licensing department to clarify, but that my payment was already processed and could not be refunded without approval. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would be in the office later and would contact me then. I never heard from the supervisor, or the company at all for a week. I contacted the state department and cleared the error and cleared me for taking the test. I then contacted the PSI Washington line again and was told the error was cleared but they have no record of payment. I explained that the payment was posted to my account and my bank has confirmed the amount was deducted to that company for the amount of the licensing fee. The rep then proceeded to tell me that I needed to provide proof of payment such as a bank statement. After having money deducted from my account and have had zero attempts from the company to reach out to clarify this issue, I am extremely uncomfortable providing personal banking information to a company for services that I have already paid for. I would expect a company of this size to have records of these conversations and payments but no help.

      Hello, I have been trying to take the WA state insurance exam with PSI online and have had tech issues that are not associated with anything I have done incorrectly. Yesterday (9/7/2022) I was scheduled to take an online exam and had it all ready to go. I completed the compatibility test, was assigned a proctor, completed the verification process and had to reload the browser twice per the proctor's request. I was unable to take the test online. I called PSI to reschedule due to the technical issues the proctor was having with their camera. They are refusing to schedule me an in person test now and saying I have to pay again. I should not have to pay as I have not received the services I had already paid for when I initially signed up for the test. I have called PSI multiple times to talk with a manager/supervisor to no avail. I have left multiple messages. I called again today to follow up and was still told there was no supervisor present. I asked to have someone call me and asked for the supervisors name to which the representative told me I was not allowed to know that. Could someone please help me with next steps? I am just trying to schedule an in person test as soon as possible so I do not forget all the information that will be on the test. Thank you for your help in this matter.

      Yes, I accept their response as I was able to complete my test online. I would just like to note however, that I had to reach out to the insurance commissioner's office as well as file a complaint with the BBB. For a company whose tagline is "delivering excellence in testing solutions" I don't think that's how an experience should go.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I had to wait almost a month for them to let me reschedule my national. Once I took and passed that, I thought I had everything done. Submitted all of my license requirements, just to be notified I needed to retake my State test a week later because it expired. Had I known this, I would have retaken both the national and state together. Instead, I'm sitting here waiting on them again because they gave me false information stating I only had to retake my National, which so happened to be the one I failed in the past. They take their sweet time resolving any issues and I'm very upset with their customer service for not checking the accuracy of the information they provided. I will say, the exam centers are great. However, their customer service lines are an absolute joke.

      I completed the 90 hours courses and created a student portal account and received an email for confirmation on August 19. My school had sent the course completion for many times (They forwarded me email to prove it done on Aug 24 and confirmed to me several times verbally). Since then, I started to call back and forth with PSI and no one seems to really help. All the representatives just told me to ask the school sending the completion again, which the school already did. My course is going to be expired soon in 27 days. It is really frustrating to spend my time on all the system problems, and I feel really stressed about not able to make the exam.

      I have scheduled and re-scheduled an AWM with PSI due to issues on their side (they support very few OS', their support process is a black box, dropped support inquiries and identity issues to no one can speifically point). They took my $100 just fine but everytime I went to take my test there was some issue they tried to tell me was my issue. I cheduled my exam over a month ago and am still fight PSI Services to just deliver what I paid for. I'll spend the rest of my life doing what I can to damage their business. I'm not sure if AWS or PSI is to blame but they're both thieves from my perspective.
